-I chalk the Vols loss to Oklahoma State up to a terrible shooting performance and I don't think that will happen today against UMass. These teams actually matchup fairly well on paper, but I think the Vols have a talent advantage at certain spots on the floor. Notably the ability to score in the paint with Stokes, which I'm not sure UMass can answer. Golden and Williams should be a fun matchup to watch at the guard spot. I think Golden may give Williams trouble due to his strength, which is rare at his level at the guard spot. The athleticism on the floor will be plentiful, but I think the talent of the Vols gives them an edge to win here.

***OKLAHOMA ST +9.5
-While NC State has looked great up to this point, they haven't beat anyone of substance. Penn State, UMass, and Miami OH are not even NCAA tournament teams and so NC State has looked just like they should against this caliber of competition. However, I think Oklahoma State is a NCAA tourney team and they will be the first big test for NC State. They have players that will test the star power of the Wolf Pack and it is a shame Olukemi is doubtful for this one. I think NC State's depth gives them an edge, but I'm not sure it is worth 9.5 points.

***COLORADO -2
-I don't think Murray has seen a defense this tough for a while. Colorado's signature is making your life difficult on offense and turning their defense into offense. The fact that Murray had their hands full with St Johns, who plays good defense in spurts in concerning. I like the Buffaloes here because of their defense and I think that is the difference in this game.

**BAYLOR -6.5
-This should be an interesting game to watch at the guard spot. Harrison vs. Jackson will be a really good match-up and I think Jackson has the slight edge due to his experience. I think the notable thing to think about in this game is whether St Johns will be able to defend Baylor in transition. The Bears didn't shoot the ball well from deep last game, but they should have the chance to get up plenty of 3's in this one. Murray was able to shoot 30 3's in the last game against St Johns and many of those came in transition. The Red Storm has the athletes to stick around, but the question is whether their discipline will give way like it did against Murray down the stretch.

**MTSU +10.5
-Both teams are deep and athletic. The Gators have yet to play a team with great athleticism and depth. I don't think Wisconsin is the kind of team that has enough athletes to play with Florida. The Badgers are tough and gritty, but aren't too gifted athletically. I actually think Wilbekin's return is a more of a distraction to Florida then some seem to think. Sometimes when a player returns to a team that is playing great basketball, it messes with chemistry. While Wilbekin is a solid point guard that allows others to play their true positions, he isn't someone who is a game changer in my opinion. Yes, he is solid, but I think they are plenty of other PG's I would take over him if I was coaching a team.

A lot of game left, but Oklahoma State really matches up well athletically and Marcus Smart is the real deal. While Gottfried can recruit, I think his X and O's are questionable. People are quick to put NC St in the elite teams, but their coach isn't elite by any means. Keeping my fingers crossed for the upset.
