I had the Dayton ML for the first 10 mins. BC made a jump shot that rattled in and by the time the ball fell in the clock was at 9:59. Now when I look at the scoring on ESPN.com they scored it at 10:08. WTF!!!!! How are they off by nearly 10 seconds?

Luckily my book just scored it as a win. I hope they don't take it back.

All good they scored it correctly as a win. One time I had something similar happen on Blodog and I gave them video evidence with clear screen shots showing they were wrong. Literally went back and forth with them for a week. They finally cancelled it and gave my money back but I was still upset since it should have been a clear win. Glad this book did me right though.

Does anyone know where I can download a copy of the game or re-stream it so I can grab a screen shot?

Doesn't matter when the shot goes in, it's when the shot is released.

Why is that? The line specifically says (first 10 mins).... During the first 10 minutes Dayton was up. They did not trail until AFTER the first 10 mins

So if someone takes a shot with 1 second left, it rattles around, and then goes through 2 seconds after the final buzzer, does it not count?

I hate to say it, but I think iQon is right. If the shot left his hand before 10:00, you're probably out of luck

But, if you can possibly get a screenshot showing Dayton ahead at 9:59 before the shot is scored, you may have a shot.

No that is different. It wasn't until 9:59 that the basket went in and about 9:57 that it was scored. There is no buzzer at the 10 minute mark.

On top of that it was graded as a win for about an hour. I placed bets after that according to what my current bankroll was.

Doesn't matter. Once a ball leaves the hand, the time on the shot clock and game clock become moot. You essentially freeze the clock until it touches the floor, rim, or another player. That's how the game's officiated at all levels.

CBSSports clocked it at 10:02. I didn't see the play, but that sounds right.

You'd only win this bet in hockey, because time is killed at 0:00 --- Regardless of where the puck is.

per customer service: NCAA first and next 10-minute results are determined from digital recordings of television broadcasts. The ball must be completely through the cylinder and net before 9:59 remaining for a basket to be official in the first 10 minutes of a half. ESPN.com, Yahoo.com, CBSsportsline.com, or any other play-by-play log of the game will not be used or considered for claims.

This further makes my case yet they are not budging. Unreal

Yes it does matter....its in THEIR rules.

Why people here are making cases for the sportsbooks is beyond me. We should have eachothers backs against these fuks

I had to explain to "blodog" what a shooting foul was once LOL. I had Thaddeus Young to make his next shot bet placed and 1 minute later he commits a shooting foul on Ryan Anderson. Next thing i know they grade the bet a loss and try to tell me that a shooting foul meant he missed the shot!!

Well you may have a case, but without the footage you're screwed. Check out one of the ESPN channels tonight. They may replay it.

And I'm not making "excuses" for a sportsbook, I'm telling you how basketball is officially scored. This is why you should stay away from props.

It's funny how they told me the rules and their own rules made my case for me...yet they still tell me "it is now graded correctly"
