Neither team is deep, NC St is outscoring them in bench pts 12-2 and that 12 is from 1 player. I just dont see PSU shooting 33% and they will hit a couple 3s so Im on PSU TT33.5. I think its the best option on the 2H board. NC St may blow them out but I think Penn can put up 34

They're deep in the sense that those 1st 2 guys off the bench can contribute more than most teams starters can. Key is Howell staying out of foul trouble
