I agree with the above Gwills, getting the early lines is an advantage more often than not. Also, I'd be extremely surprised if those 2 points make a difference here. I know, in the betting world, 2 points is A LOT, but I feel pretty confident in a cover of more than 3 to be honest.

That's how I feel. Also, if Gwills feels its more of a sure thing, he will sometimes raise the units up. Which obviously means he is more confident with that pick. To me, unit levels say that.
With his overall record, I think its pretty obviously he is ONLY picking picks he feel will hit.
As far as last night, I didn't lose much at all. I only had a half a unit on one of the losses. The win covered most of the 1.5 units, plus I bet on 2 horse races the first time EVERY. And both hit to help fill the very small loss.
Its all good. I think Texas just heard Gwills say they suck, and me implying they may be queers, so kicked some butt to prove us wrong. LOL No biggie. Gwills is doing a great job as is, and hope he keeps it up.Comment -
I feel like there are rumblings every time i have a 1-2 or like, 2-2 or 2-3 day. At times like this I am appreciative of BaldGuy, and anyone else who's been with me the whole season so far (there are a few others).
I OBVIOUSLY cannot guarantee a victory on these picks. I am trying my DAMN hardest to get winners out here for you guys. Just want you guys to know that I will keep trying my hardest, but can never guarantee victories. Overall I am still pick 65% which I think anyone will take at the end of the day. Lindsay, their best player, has been listed as having an undisclosed illness, but I just read my usual injury update and he looks to be probable. My thinking in this game is that it will be within a double digit game. Princeton may win or they may not win, but if they do I do not suspect them to blow out Rider. Rider has a decent team. Princeton cannot score, but they do play good D. They are averaging in the 50's in both. Since they do not have much offensive prowess, I don't like them to be able to win by double digits here, especially if Linsday is playing. This line jumped from +5 to +9 I believe because people though he'd be out. If he's in (maybe wait to closer to game time), play Rider +9.
I'm looking over one more game maybe for a 1/2 unit. Not sure yet so stay tuned.Comment -

Throat problem. Sat at last practice:
Junior guard Nurideen Lindsey is probable after sitting out practice this week with strep throat. Baggett said Lindsey could have practiced Wednesday but wanted to keep him away from the other players.
If Lindsey, who is averaging 12.5 points per game, can’t go, Baggett said Tommy Pereira is likely to slide into the starting lineup.
