#7And they aren't a city team, they are a state team. States are bigger than cities. How can a city team like OKC expect to hang with such a big state team like GS.Comment -

#9Oh and did I mention anytime the Thunder are in a bad spot I bet against them because I love to make money off of beating that scumbag Clay Bennett's team.Comment -

#17David Lee and Dorell Wright are playing their best ball of the year. Thunder dont have the size down low to have a huge edge on GSWs front line. Thunder are tired, Warriors are rested. Public is pounding OKC and line has gone down. GSW has solid home wins this year vs Bulls and Heat. Revenge game.Comment -

#18I'm not playing it as of now but the more people I see on Golden State, the more I like the Thunder. It almost makes me think the books through a low line out their to trick a lot of people into backing this sub .500 Warrior squad.
As for my analysis of the game, I'm not worried about the fact that OKC is playing a B2B and Golden State is rested. I'm more worried about the mindset of the Thunder.
When the Thunder saw the schedule and saw they had three road games in four days against Portland, Golden State, and Sacramento, I'm pretty sure they circled that Portland game in their heads and had the goal of winning at least two out of three.
Well, OKC got the game they wanted most. I doubt they come out with the same intensity tonight. It's more likely they lose tonight and then destroy Sacramento.
With that said, if OKC comes in focused, they'll win this game. I'm still undecided about which side is the right side. I always have doubts about backing this shit Golden State squad with their clueless coach and I wouldn't bet against my team anyway.
Last time I bet on the Warriors -1, they were up by 17 points with six minutes in the game and lost! You can't trust them.
It's probably a no play game but I was just wondering why people were falling in love with the Warriors tonight.Comment -

#21Agreed. I think they did a great job of covering all aspects. Clay Bennett is far from the evil villain. Howard Schultz and the Seattle mayor Greg Nickels are bigger villains IMO.Comment -

#25If you read through this thread you would see that I'm not.
Maybe you should check out some threads I make when I predict OKC to lose.
People said I was crazy because LA was coming off a B2B. The game played out just how I said it would.
Likewise, I still haven't seen one reason in this thread for backing the Warriors. Are you taking Golden State? Taking shit teams because of a weird number doesn't necessarily mean you know what the **** you are doing.
I don't blindly bet on my favorite teams. In addition, I'm not ignorant to take shit teams just because of a fishy line.Comment -

#26Other than the Washington debacle, the Thunder get it done on the road. They win by 7 tonight. Losses to Spurs and Clippers on the road were not shocks. This is a GSW team they should beat, plain and simple.Comment -

#28warriors have been basically sleeping in their own beds, living with their families, home cookin and favorite restaurants, living their normal home life basically is what i mean for over 2 weeks. their only away game being in sacramento. the warriors bench has been playing extremely well, almost outplaying their starters. the warriors starters are also playing highly motivated to prove they deserve to be starting for this team. because our reserves have been playing so well, the warriors starters are also well rested.
okc is playing their 4th road game in 5 nights. they are coming off an emotional overtime win in portland, down 6 with 3 minutes to go, down 2 without ball with 40 seconds to go, 4 offensive possessions in the final 20 seconds to send the game finally to overtime.
i am not an expert by any means. i know the warriors, and i expect full throttle tonight against a thunder team that beat them a couple weeks ago and like i said playing 4 raod games in 5 days and coming off an emotionally and physically draining victory last night in portland.Comment -
