Celtics ML @ home to the Bulls

Not many times this year will we find value with a brand name team like Boston, but today is one of those...

Bulls scraped by the lowly Wizards, yes without Rose and even though they covered, it took at +10 point 4th quarter to do so. They also got man handled by the Hawks on the road last week and have since beaten 3 bottom feeders (DET, MIN and WAS).

C's have lost two in a row at home but both were against tough opponents (IND, BOS) and it will only get worse if they don't bring their "A" game tonight.

The home team "owns" the match up history here having won the last 5 straight up and versus the spread.

BTW, the Bulls are my favorite team and I hate betting against them but this is one of those...

Yeah, I don't think so. Bulls have won 4 of the last 6 against Boston (one of the losses in OT). Especially under Thibs, I think Bulls have their number, and their number is way way down from last season. They are simply not very good with the current roster/players/ages. Bulls coming off a rest day now. Unless Rose is forcing it and can't move (I think he's OK and the game off was precautionary knowing they'd win), I don't see Boston winning.

I'm a Bulls fan too but I have no thoughts on this game. if Rose plays it should be a win and cover...but it's just too unpredictable right now with who's playing and who's not playing, who shows up and who doesn't show up.

love boston here, but thats because i live in boston that said, i wouldnt touch this game with a 10 foot pole...cant trust the celtics right now, pierce is not even close to playing at his best, the bench is still trying to gel, and they just dont look good. i could see them winning but i wouldnt bet on it. Line just moved down a full point.. Celtics +1.5 now, was at +2.5 about 45 mins ago.. I've got a lot of money on Boston today and was able to lock it in at +3 and +8 (teased)... hopefully the line movement and ref trends (heavily pro-Boston) are correct today!

I'm stumped on this one. Everything I've seen from the Celts this year has been really disappointing. Contemplating taking the Under even with it at 177. Both teams play a ton of defense.

Without BIG Baby, Perkins and Shaq, the C's have no muscle. Jermaine has been in the League so long, World Peace use to be Ron Artest, so he's got no chance against Rose, Noah, Deng & Boozer. Plus, you got a bitter Rondo off the trading rumor block, and a team out-of-psync.

are you crazy? thats the secret to winning at sports betting. I have this at 50/50 after review. I do not bet on emotion. I learned that lesson 25 years ago when I was in college. The key is finding an advantage. since I have this at 50/50. The plus money side is the logical choice regardless who the team is. I might lose tonight, sure. But thats not what I'm looking at.
