    Jazz Tomorrow?
This opening line appears fishy. 76ers have been playing great basketball and are due for a letdown. Jazz have looked like poopy, but it was against two very good West conference teams both on the road. Public will pound 76ers and we will get a juicy ML and spread tomorrow

That was my rationale for Bucks -3 against Bobcats earlier this season. The line looked "too easy". Bucks were an above average team facing a team most would consider below average. I ended up getting trapped because the Cats played some really inspired ball in their home opener. 76ers are due for a letdown game after a close loss to one of the best teams in the West in Portland and a blowout against the Suns. Jazz don't have a terrible team. They have significantly more talent than the other low tier tems in the NBA. I think they play inspired ball in their home opener.

The public looks at this line as "too easy". They will pound the 76ers because "The Jazz suck" and "The 76ers are much better". I would have been suckered into this bet at the beginning of the season, but I've learned (the hard way) that this is a very bad spot for the 76ers, and the 76ers being a better team is not a good enough reasoning to make a play on them. The fact of the matter remains that this is a pretty good spot for Jazz in their home opener.

seems similar with san antonio today...houston home opener, SA was lookin like one of the best teams in the league and gets blown out...albeit houston is much better than utah, wouldn't be suprised to see books here win again vs pub

I'm more used to NFL capping where teams seem to play much more consistently game to game (obviously the difference in amount of games play and fatigue have something to do with it). Public seems to win more in NFL. You can't get away with taking public road faves consistently and expect to profit. Home dogs have been burying public faves all year in NBA, and I was on the bad side of alot of those plays.

SALT LAKE CITY - Energy Solutions Arena, like so many other homes of NBA teams, has gone through a number of name changes over the years.
