Who was it? Baron Davis was truly amazing against the Knicks last year.

I am an idiot, I won't argue that. What does that have to do with Knicks being lousy on defense? I could pull up some stats if that would make you feel better.

Knicks defense IS the reason World Peace looks sharp tonight. IMO.... You are free to disagree. It's a friendly chat pal........ minus throwing around the words idiot and dumb ass in an unfriendly fashion.

Sure the Knicks D sucks, but statistically this may have been MWP's worst game of the season. Not sure how you can say the Knicks D is the reason he looks good

Exactly my point..Everyone of his posts are about how bad the knicks are, even in threads that dont relate to the knicks, i dont get it.
Anyway, i really like what mike brown is doing with him, playing through him in the post he still can score at will in the paint and demands a double team.

Averaging 9/3/3. Solid numbers for the minutes he's getting.

Not done but I dont think he's been in tip top shape for years, doesnt play at 100% when he's on the court as youd like and seems to take plays off.

Artest is total garbage.
He's one of the dumbest players on the offensive end of the floor in the entire league.

Yea he admitted he came in out of shape. Bynum being back has hurt his production because he's back playing on the wing instead of in the post, we saw what he did early in the year when he played out of the post demanding double teams and scoring basically at will. His perimeter defense obviously isn't what it was either but he's still above average out there.. Solid sixth man IMO.

Did you watch when Bynum was out? He played in the post. Had to be doubled every time he touched it in the post. When he has to play on the wing and perimeter obviously he's not as effective. Not even close to total garbage.

I think people say things like that because his offense is down.
That being said, he doesn't need to score for the Lakers. He just needs to bring tenacious defense. He is still a great defender.

Completely agree. He's still an elite defender, and when he's engaged in the game like he was tonight watch out. Saved the lakers on both sides of the ball in the last 5 minutes when Kobe was tossing up terrible shots.
