i'll wait 2 see how the bulls do tonight. i think the bulls are slightly over-rated imho. not sure what to make of this clippers team either.

Same move as in Spurs game yesterday and Spurs got waxed by DD. Wouldnt be too worried about it.

Bulls approach games differently than the Spurs. Ima be playing the bulls here. Still not buying this clipper team offense. Bulls will be looking to be playing solid defense and come out vs this squad. If Rose gets DJ in foul trouble, there can be issues for the Clippers. The guy will be all jacked up for opening night and commit dumb fouls trying to make an "ohhh" play, sounds silly but stuff like this is true.

Or is this the bulls-fan part of me talking?

bulls or no play. rose should expose clippers defense, excpecially driving to the paint and getting fouls.

The Clippers literally do not play defense half of the time. So frustrating to watch when you're backing them. Sure they have two solid shot blockers but their rotations are slow and they get caught gambling trying to force action. Billups and Butler might as well be parking cones. Maybe this changes when they get a home crowd behind them but I'm not ready to take them to the bank tonight.

Anyone have any idea why the line moved so much? Because the Bulls covered last night?

Bulls bettors should stay the fuk away from this game imo, Clippers or no bet.

Bulls are on their 4th straight road game on the second night of a back to back AND they have to face the Clippers on their home opener. Everything is pointing to a Bulls loss, but you never know.

I'm not betting on the full game. But the Bulls were 5-0 last year in their final game of a roadtrip of 3 games or more. One of them was in miami and miami is a much better team than these Clips

Bulls are having a lot of chemistry/cohesion issues right now on both sides of the court, they're not in the same form they were in last year when they beat Miami 3 times in the regular season. It's gonna take a while for these Bulls to gel.

But Rose does get up to play elite PG's, I'm a Bulls fan but I think this game is a toss up. Hearing Bulls fans talk amongst themselves, a lot of them are expecting a loss tonight.

Bulls matchup pretty well with the Clippers. This game will be close the whole way through.

Bulls are a tough team to bet against. They are about as solid of a team as there is in the NBA. And the Clippers are anything but solid. Yes they are fun to watch and have some talent, but they don't play defense, and their offense hasn't meshed just yet. I know the Bulls played last night, but the flight from Sac to LA is not long at all.

Bulls have been sloppy with the ball and the Clippers are a great fast break team. It's a home opener so just give up a few lobs and the momentum will be entirely on the Clips' side.

Plus Carlos Boozer will struggle with any defensive assignment in this game. Who they gonna put him on, Blake? Deandre? He'd struggle either way. Between CP3, Caron Butler and Chauncey there's plenty of guys to hit big shots and get the crowd riled up. Bulls may be a solid team but this is a bad spot for them.

I'm not saying the Clippers will win, just saying it'll be a close tough game.

it's all about the marketing, home opener etc
this is a solid play for many reasons

If your your approach to this game, is Chicago's lack of chemistry I have to disagree. Bringing in pieces like Butler, Billups and Paul was a huge upgrade, but it will take some time for them to play up to their level. Clippers is the team, that needs time to gel in my opinion.
I'll be betting against LA playing elite teams, until they show me they got what it takes, to beat one of those.
Until now they've shown me no such thing. They played a close game against GS, pulling away in the final 6-8 minutes and then they got blown out i San Antonio.

good luck to you as well, I'm not going to pretend to know how this game will end. Imo there's a lot of parity in the league now due to the long lockout and short pre-season. Bulls might blow them out or Clips might blow the Bulls out, who knows. I'm just gonna grab a smoke kick back and enjoy the game without betting on it.

but on chicago's side. the calls they got compared to the non-calls for the clips was beyond ridiculous

this game scared me and am glad i didnt touch it. Only placed a 1Q that didnt come in

Was at the game and the crowd was not pleased to say the least. Griffin got hammered every possession and CP3 got hit anytime he got into the paint and pretty much nothing. So frustrating to watch.

I know I'm late to this thread but I took the Bulls, and i took second half over (you can check my thread if you want proof) wow, all of you giving the clips SOOOOO MUCH Credit, when Bulls are one of the best defensive teams in the league AND Billups was out?!?! Either you didn't know Billups was out (didn't do your homework) or didn't care. The Clips have ZERO DEPTH, ZERO, no big man AT ALL off the bench. The Clips have Foye off the bench at the guard spot which is decent I guess, but if he's starting you're in TROUBLE! Paul get's exposed on D by bigger quicker guards (Rose) and although Griffin and Jordan block shots, the rest of the team plays very little D. If you watched the game the warriors played these guys EVEN for 3 and a half quarters. This clippers team could EASILY BE 0-3. I know the game is over, but if they are overvalued tomorrow or the next day or next day or next day, FADE CLIPS, and FADE DALLAS until they get exposed as well.
