Not really. They were down 7 at halftime. It was a game of runs where one team would get a big lead and then the other team would go on a run to close the gap. It was a very back and forth game....I usually don't even watch but I watched that one while capping MLB and it was a fun game. It's only wednesday....how bad could your week be?

I contemplated buying the hook to get this down to 203 but I will take the risk of getting "hooked" in this spot. I think Utah plays just well enough to score in the high 90's and the spurs will take care of the rest. I expect the line to close in the 205 range so I am jumping on the over now for 1x. Good luck.

Week starting on saturday

I chickened out on the clipps and only went 0.5 units on their ML in what could've been a really nice variance hit for me, I chickened out on the Celtics last night, I lost the - 5 with the tip by faried (I wasn't seeing the game as well, but i know the lakers dominated throughout and that tip...), we lost the 3 units play on the under... I'm actually still at positive money for the playoffs, but once again just can't seem to catch a break for a big run. since april it's been these over and over again. everytime I seem poised for a run... I go down.

Im loving that over play for 2 units. And I might just play the Jazz as well. Great value we're getting here.

By the way, what do you feel about Indiana? I think I'm playing them at - 3.0. Now that the Magic already took the "surprise" game, even with the homecourt support I just feel like the Pacers have the mindset to know they are too good but that they still have to be ready. That evaporates the only advantage for the Magic which was the mental factor and I would not be surprised to see this turn into a 4-1 series. Big Baby is getting exhausted of battling Hibbert and West.

would love to get your read on that. 'cause all I can think is going on the clippers again. I wanted to, but after my lucky win with the first game, I thought I would pass because memphis should come out firing. but then I read that, and I realize that where they should have their biggest advantage, which is REB% and forced TOV%, which in this case should translate in the STL%, they were actually worse than the Clipps. I saw the first half only of that game, and all I could think is they were making shots and getting some lucky bounces their way... after reading that, even more.

Agree on your total plays LTA (assuming you take the Under in Philly).
Over in SA though I wouldn't take, despite leaning there as well. I think that Utah can't win playing high pace here. They need to play slow tempo game, take care of the ball and feed the monsters in the paint.
If they bring the game down by 5 - 10 possessions each team and score 40 - 45 points in the paint, they can do some damage.
Can easily see it ending 101 - 96 or something close.
I'm sure you will get to 20 units, as long as the luck won't turn on you again.

I love getting this at 180. My local already moved back down to 179.5 as soon as pinny dropped the juice on the over 179.5 from -110 to -105. I would play this heavy at any number better than 178. Good luck!

Those are some tough games. Hard to lay double digits in the playoffs, even with the Spurs looking sharp. I had the Spurs - 9 1/2 and just can't lay the 11. Value with Jazz, but I've learned to not trust them on the road. Extra basket just not enough against streaking Spurs.

Last night I really wanted to take Pacers. They were posted - 3 (-103) and I contemplated paying a little juice for Pacers - 2 1/2 , around (-115). I hesitated because I had the Magic at - 1/2 or basically a pickem. Pacers have the size and motivation to come out and grab back home court, but Magic are tough to gauge. Magic live and die by the 3 . Would you be all that surprised if they got hot behind the arc with home crowd behind them? They really have nothing to lose and are happy going back home with the series even. Pressure is on Pacers. Magic now + 3 1/2 . You're basically betting whether or not the Magic will hit their 3's tonight. More often than not, Orlando can shoot themselves right out of games. Will they come out loose and gunning tonight? Or will they be clanking shots and the Pacers get the ball in paint and dominate?

Tempted to take the Clippers tonight. Had that game at +3 1/2 and the Clippers are + 6 1/2. I'm playing some pucks tonight and jumped on the Heat right away at - 3 1/2 (thur) when the Amare fiasco was unfolding. Still in shock over Bulls loss. Starting Turner was a great move and Holiday was on fire. The only guy that showed up for the Bulls was Noah. I in no way had my opinion changed over the result of one game, but loss of Rose was huge, emotionally. Respect LTA's opinion and surprised with 5X call. I'm just trying to deceide if I have a better chance of winning with the UN 179 1/2 or the Bulls +2 .

Agree with you 100% pivot point on all that you said. Only beg to differ with the Pacers. I took 'em. I think the mental factor is gone now, or at lest, that advantage. Talent-wise, Pacers are way better.

The over in the Spurs game was the right call, Jazz bizarre first 6 minutes cost us that one, but you will hit the big one on Friday. I hope the books drop the total to 200 or so for game 3, an over will finally hit in this series. Keep it up LTA
