They averaged 90.4 points per game without Rondo. If you take away that really horrible variance 71 points they scored in their first game without him, they averaged 93.1 points. They went 6-2 straight up without him. Boston averages 91ppg so basically the offense wasn't really any better or worse without him.

Lakers/Celtics under (177) 1x (Locked)

Driving in the car in the way to work and got spooked by the line movement at Pinny, so I'm locking these in now while I still can. I'm going to have a non-stop day at work and I don't want to risk getting worse numbers. Actually had to pull over to type this and get some coffee, so not time for in-depth writeups. I think the Boston/LA game will be a slow-paced, defensive game that will be played right at the number. I have this game set at 174 giving us 3 points of value, so I'm going to roll with the under in that one for 1x. In the Suns game, they played earlier in the year at Houston with the Rockets set at -7. Now the Suns are -3 at home? With a standard adjustment, this game should be more no more than -1 or a PK, but the books are giving the Suns a lot of credit with Houston in a fatigue spot. I think the books are tipping their hand a bit, the Suns are hot and play better defense in the paint and in transition when compared to Houston. I am rolling with the Suns for 1x. Good luck.

I haven't had a chance to look at today's games yet, but I will say I do agree with both of LTA's plays. Helps that Lowry is doubtful for Houston today.

Just looked at the totals for todays games. I like BOS under, and the over in the other three games. Particularly the DEN over.

K. Lowry questionable for Suns game. I would be more confident of the over if he were playing and the lines are moving in anticipation of his projected limited effectiveness.

Wow, my book is never THIS slow...SAC at 204, yet at pinny its at 201.5. Piny also has BOS 175.5 and my book still has 177.

you're lucky... I got totals of 175, 211.5, 199, and 201.5. I'm already swinging the other way on BOS/LA; the total just seems too low at this point for me to take the under at this point with any confidence. Rondo looked really good since coming back and BOS appears to be stable again.

Don't discount the effect that Redd has had since being in the lineup recently. The Suns appear back to have some of their offensive punch back

Off of my numbers last night LAL under jumped off the page. Love it when you follow with a pick. So I upped my play.

The only question other play I looked at was OKC. I know that -6.5 on the road is a beast. But Sac is traveling back from Minny and OKC took a puddle jump from the amazing GS game with a well deserved day off.
