You can find a system for every possible play. I just stick to what has worked for me in the past.

One thing you can't do is cap WNBA like NBA - they are totally different in the way you approach and handicap the games. WNBA is not as easy as it used to be, the lines have gotten a lot sharper and so many more people are wagering on it now.

No, the market for WNBA betting has just grown in the past 2-3 years; part of it is because the lines were softer back then and the word spread that WNBA was easy money. When we had the famous WNBA Dating Tips thread here, we could actually move the lines, sometimes with as little as $2,000 bet. And everyone made a LOT of money that season. RAS/Hoopsedge would move a line much bigger as soon as they released a play, but they stopped doing WNBA this season (I think because they realize the market is not the same and a lot of the value in betting WNBA has been lost). I don't really know of anyone moving lines anymore, even the ones who claim they are really aren't, you just have more players involved.
