Locking into Knicks +7

Vegas is still not giving Knicks any respect by making them a 7 point dog vs Orlando

The newly looked Knicks are coming off a huge win vs Miami on Sunday and will look to continue there success vs. Orlando monday night.

The Knicks have an amazing ATS record on the road: 20-8-1
Magic has a pretty bad ATS home record: 11-16-1

It was reported that Anthony has a bruised elbow, but that didn't stop him to drop 29 pts vs a very good Miami defense. This will be another marquee matchup for the Knicks who will want to prove that they should be considered a threat in the East.

The main concern for the Knicks will be there bench production vs. Magic.

Magic Bench: JJ Reddick, Gilbert Arenas, Ryan Anderson, Earl Clark
Knicks Bench: Toney Douglas, Bill Walker, Ronny Turiaf, Anthony Carter

The Big 3 for the Knicks will need to carry the team if that have any chance to beat the Magic on the road. Billups and Melo has had good games offensively for the 3 games they played for NY.

Amare and Turiaf will take turn guarding Dwight, my fear is that Amare will get 2 quick fouls forcing him to the bench and relying solely on Anthony to carry them for a bit.

Checking the officials today, all 3 refs all have a winning ATS record for the road team.

I like the Pacers. Probably Nuggets 1st quarter, Suns 1st quarter, Boston/suns 1st quarter over. I will also look into Sacramento ML.

Locking in Suns +7 @ Boston

Boston is returning home from a long road trip and we will taking on a hot suns (no pun intended) Wednesday Night.

When I look at matchup I like to understand which team needs this game more. Celtics are battling for the top of the East and still trying to figure out the chemistry amongst the newly acquired players. (Troy Murphy, Jeff Green and Nenad Kristic). However the Suns are also a battle in there own for a playoff berth in the West. They are 3-0 so far on this road trip (Toronto, Indiana and New Jersey). This is a big game for Phoenix because they want to see if there are able to defeat the good teams on the road and not just bottom dwellers.

I only take dogs if I believe they can win, not only just cover. I believe the Suns have more reason to win this game then the Celts do. They met a month back in Phoenix where the Suns were able to beat them 88-71. This was the only game Suns were able to win when they score under 100 pts.

When I was watching Nets vs Suns, i notice Suns weren't really into it until the end when Jersey shot the lights out. In the beginning of the 4th, they showed shots of Vince and Grant Hill on the bench laughing. They can do that vs the lowly Nets, but when facing the Celtics they will be very focus on trying to prove themselves vs. the elite teams.

Suns have shown they can beat good teams on the road, they've compiled a record of 7-4 when playing above .500 teams on the road.

Celtics are also thin in the G/F position. Delonte West is hurt and only player coming off the bench to help relieve Ray, Pierce and Rondo will be Von Wafer and Jeff Green. Green is still getting use to this new system so I don't see this that big of a threat in this game.

Denver is really not the same on the road but they are playing with a chip on their shoulder. The jazz played very well against Boston and I see them using that performance as a confidence booster at home. I lean toward the Nuggets at +3.5. But I'll make a bet on the Nuggets 1 quarter for sure. Great spot imo.

I really like Orlando tomorrow but not at +4. Dwight Howard is beasting lately and Miami still has no inside presence. I'll likely make an in-game bet.

Locking in Memphis -5.5 vs Hornets

Memphis is a hot team right now looking to past Hornets in the Western conference standing
Memphis (34-28) is looking to go up the rankings by taking on the 7th seed Hornets (35-28)

Memphis is coming off a huge home win vs Spurs (109-93). If they were able to do that to the Spurs, don't see how they can have a problem with a struggling Hornet squad.

Hornets are 0-2 so far on this road trip and lost to Craptors and NY. Memphis is a very good home team (21-8) and the Hornets can't buy a win on the road (14-19)

Hornets won this last meeting 103-102, Hornets came surging back and were able to escape with a narrow win in OT. This may still be fresh on Memphis mind and will look for revenge in Memphis.

Memphis is playing with a lot more energy and passion lately especially with there star Rudy Gay being out for a month. Hornets are a VERY streaky team and I see him continuing this downslide.

Locking in Sixer +1.5 vs Pacers

Spread may look fishy for some, but I'm going to take it

Since that amazing start Pacers had since hiring Frank Vogel (7-1 i think?) Pacers have fallen back down to earth earning a 3-7 record in there last 10.

Only worries I have is that Pacers play pretty solid at home and Philly is a crappy road team

Sixers Road: 11-20

Sixers are hot right now currently 8-2 in there last 10 games. Andre Iguodala is playing out of his mind right now by having a triple double in back 2 back games. He's been just a improved player since Doug Collins made the switch to him playing like a Point Forward.

Yes. It sometime happens. I also thought that the Spurs would get back in the game but they couldn't buy a bucket.


An early look at tomorrow's games: I like the 76ers -1, the Grizzlies ( the line should be something like -3) and probably the Kings if they are something like +8.
