This is why I don't bet the NBA: Atlanta getting slaughtered at home, Miami getting slaughtered at home to the pacers, Orlando losing at home to the clips.

NBA PLAYERS TAKE GAMES OFF. You just can't bet because you never know when a guy is going to tank a game.

I wouldn't be too worried. The underdogs get all excited and think they're gonna win. And then in the 2nd half the faves are like, "alright, let's end this sh!t." Spurs will win, Heat will win, and hopefully the other square play Thunder will win.. since it's my only game today.

Yeah I was wondering that too. Taking 76ers +7 when they're up by 30 isn't even close to hedging... it's more like desperation.

Atlanta fans are frontrunners. They cheer for baseball and football if in contention. Baseball gets support at Turner field if winning but losing there won't be 10K at the game. Nobody cares about basketball in Atlanta, as far as going to the game and supporting it.

I was on Atlanta too. Things like this happen wrong side bottom line. Being on the right side more often than not long term is all that matters. Actually I like wacky blowouts like this one much more than getting screwed missing a cover by one point. This game was just hilarious more than anything else.
