Washington at Cleveland - Who should be favored?
The game's coming up on Feb. 13th and I think there's a reasonable chance that a team that hasn't won a road game all season could be favored in a road game.

Who would you favor and by how much?

I think Pick is a good line, I don't see how you can favor either team but I think the market will make the Wizards the favorite.

SBR should start a prop bet on this right now. Will the Wizards be favored on Feb. 13th?

    Yes -110
    No -110

cleveland played a preety decent game against the pacers at home yesterday and that might give them confidence in the future! on the other hand, you never know when nick young gets a good night and wins the game for the wizz. it will be an interesting matchup to see no doubt!

It depends on if Cleveland is still on their winless streak and if Washington will be on theirs. My guess is that Cleveland should be favored slightly..

On a neutral field, the math suggests the wizards are about 6 points better. So unless the Cavs homecourt is worth that much, the wiz should be laying a small amount at Cleveland.

That's what I thought, I think the market would make the Wizards the favorite. BUT, common sense has to prevail doesn't it? How can you make a team that's got zero road wins a favorite on the road?

nobody should be favored. They should have to play the game on a nearby playground.

Cleveland has three games against winning teams (two on the road) and Washington has no road games between now and Feb. 13th so odds are it will be...

Washington 0-25 on the road at Cleveland 0-25 in their last 25 games.

Now that I've really thought about it, you have to look at the Wizards superior talent and recent play make them about 2 or 3 point favorites at Cleveland.

I think the market will make the Wizards the favorite and rightfully so. It should be a very interesting game, playoff intensity for these two teams. I would take the Wizards and their superior talent.

PK is the most logical line for this game. I think the public will bet the Wiz into -1 but if by then Cavs get some of their guys back, i hear Parker is back and Gibson and Mo are close then it is very likely that the Wiz losing road record will continue and the Cavs will be the team that breaks its streak.

Will No Coin be on the Wizards ML for this game?

It will look like an awfully "square" play if the Wizards are the road favorite. Oh, the intrigue.

Probably NBa will cancel the game since nobody is gonna come to watch the game.

by that time, cavaliers are probably in the worst nba losing streak ever, while wizards still have long way to achieve that worst NBA away losing streak. So, public like me will think this is the best spot for cavaliers to break the losing streak, the bookies will know that and put cavs as 1.5-2.5 favourite.
