Hey racer, are this the results for the double tap from nov-jan or just jan?

Just January. I started continuing the bets after a win first of January. Its more time consuming but has been very profitable. My phone is going off with half time alerts everywhere, restaurants, movies even laying in bed I've placed second half bets. lol. Starting to drive the wifey crazy but she doesnt mind the extra money!!

Tonight for example I'll be betting six games, trying to get the race car to a display at the Mall through the snow and get the kid to and from hockey practice. While babysitting six half times. Should be fun!!

Hey Racer...Thanks for the January results. What are you using for your half time alerts. I am using ESPN ScoreCenter and Sports Picks apps on my Iphone, but neither are going off for me.

1. Bet against the road team (ats) on a road trip of three or more games.
2. Play up to the LAST 3 games of a road series until a cover is made. Of course on a 3 game road trip it would all 3 games.
3. Find your best line for the first half and if it does not cover place your bet at half-time for the second half for the second play of the series. If there is still a no cover after two plays, your third play would be the first half of the second game of the series and etc.
4.Betting progression: the goal is to win one unit. (see below for more details)
5. Any series that starts before the christmas break must conclude by dec. 22 or it is a no play.
6. Series games must be 3 games or less between games or the series is a no play.
7. NO PLAYS THE FIRST 10 DAYS OF THE SEASON.
8. Optional: If a home team is favored by 5 points or more for the first half of game one, the series is eliminated.
9. The main problem with this system: You must be available to make half-time wagers.

I think you are thinking of rule #8. It is still a play.

Dbear, I use an Iphone aswell with ESPN. make sure your alerts are turned on in your settings / notifications. ESPN scorecenter should be there.

On the Iphone, I click on the game and a new screen opens up. On that screen there is a little bell in the left hand corner and I click on the to set up the alerts.

Dbear, I believe in point 6 the word shoulb be "days" not "games"
This point is used because sometimes a team with a 4-day rest will travel to home in the middle of a road series.

Quick question for double tappers. If you win in the 1st half of the 1st game, do you wait for the 2nd game or do you start double tapping right away on the 2nd half? Also do you continue to bet until you win the double tap or do you double tap only once and if you lose thats it? I would appreciate the answers. thanks.

I just jumped on the soloman bandwagon tonight (bad night i guess ha) but I got denver at -7 second half and I thought that was a little high for a second half in which they are losing the game so far. So my question is, is that a normal second half line?

If the home team is heavily favored to win and they are down a couple of points at the half, yes -5 all the way to -9 lines are common.

Quick question for double tappers. If you win in the 1st half of the 1st game, do you wait for the 2nd game or do you start double tapping right away on the 2nd half? That is up to you. I wait until the next game. But I just started following and started double tapping on the 31st. So far up +5 units as of tonights win with Phoenix in the 1st half. I also only double tap when the away teams away record is under 500 and the home team is over 500. Kinda just figuring it out as I go. I will continue to bet to win just as in the regular plays. So far 4 plays have won in the 1st half and one won in the second half.

I wait till the second game to bet if the home team covers in the first half of gm 1. I then chase it to the third gm if need be. Only happened once in january I beleive, I have been betting the third game if the 1st and 2nd cover aswell. I guess I have been triple tapping?? It only lost once in Jan but lost twice tonight. Having no gm left to chase Im thinkin i may lay off the triple tap considering its was the only loss in Jan. However the third gm of the series's won me 19.5 units of a possible 24 in January. I am not betting teams with a below 500 home record aswell. Im fairly new to sports betting but this system has made me some pretty good money so far.

I guess several people do it differently, it all sounds good though. Maybe i can add a filter to upgraded a bit, ill see what i can come out with and ill let you know. Thanks for the info
