LeBron James seriously considered ending his nba career

This time I think he means it, he looked emotional at press conference.

Lebron ends his career playing in the NBA with his son. That is how this ends.

by all accounts, Bronnie is not that talented. might need to stay more than 2 years at U$C and may not even be drafted.

he is not like the Ball brothers who are all pretty talented.

James will be back in LA next year.
James will be playing with Kyrie next year, they're going to move off of Russell.

Kyrie can bring to the Lakers backcourt what they are missing now.

my call fore retirement was next year (2024) after losing again the WCF against Denver (with Kyrie). He can't deal with not being in the conversation of possible champions. No way out of the West with Jokic/Nuggets there (next 4 yrs).
if you know you are destined to lose, why play?

LeBron will come back one more year. 3 of the games were down to the wire last minute. If Kyrie in LA, this series is not over today.

That said.. LeBron was very respectful of Nuggets post game conference. True sportsman, appeared genuine. Tipped cap and smiled.

He's realized that age has caught up with him and he's not the player he once was. His time in the NBA is coming to an end soon.

Agree 100%. Mark Cuban really comes out of this looking like a fool. Trading farm for a second PG was most unwise, he was thinking "two superstar recipe" ignoring the fact, they must be different positions.

LeBron, Kyrie, all are on same page. LeBron needs to threaten retirement to ensure this happens, very much remains cash cow in LA, revenue would fall off dramatically without him there. No one is paying to see AD, D'Angelo Russell and Austin Reaves

Lebron just put pressure on Jeannie, Pelinka, etc… to get him more help.
That’s all that is. He’s coming back.

Kobe used to do the same thing in 2005, 2006 and 2007, except instead of talking about retirement (he was only in his late 20's) he talked about playing for other teams like the clippers, bulls or knicks.

    Nothing works with Luka.
Zinger didn't work, Brunson didn't work, Kyrie didn't work.
Kyrie has pretty much said that he just didn't fit.

Kyrie's correct, and he wasn't the reason why it didn't work.

I sort of wish Kyrie would go to PHX. Join up with Durant.

How many balls would they need to satisfy those egos?

Luke is immature. Very smart.. speaks languages effortlessly. Wonderful Spanish. But should be playing tennis. Wants spotlight to himself. If you look at his reaction after the Mavs scored 9 in last 30 secs.. his emotional reaction was embarrassing. Just shaking and drooling with glee, like Morant in that first video. An ugly true inner self. Jokic never would have done that.

After Jokic hit that 30ft. Dagger 3 pointer at the end of 3 Q in Game 1. No swag/in your face nonsense. Shrugged his shoulders and walked to the bench. Advanced soul.

Kyrie is so gone, 0% stays in Dallas for more of that. Irving himself is immature. Needs a boss to stay in line. LeBron, Lakers good fit.

I think Durant is quite sick of Kyrie.

on a team with Durant, Harden, refuses to get vaccine. Those guys older. He is toying with their calendar. When Nets hesitant to extend contract (because why wouldn't they?).. demands trade.. after Nets went on 12 game win streak in Dec 22. Durant and him were were great together. Hard to beat.

Durant wants no part. Besides Suns no Center. can't beat Nuggets without a great Center. Hard to beat Nuggets even with a great Center.

19th, that's good. A fake jab, followed by a swimming move.

Looks like the towel must have been a giveaway for the game. Pretty nice of the fan to offer up the towel.

Not sure where you're getting this but Bronny's game has improved immensely the last year and a half. He is on track to be a lottery pick. Yes, he's really that good and not just propped up in name.

Good stuff, Mac. You always have good info.

Young Bronnie must have good blood-lines. Will be rooting for the youngster. Must be an immense shadow to live in.
