Risking 3 units to win 21
The Raptors have been playing great basketball recently, but they aren't getting a lot of attention because they don't have a superstar and they aren't in a major US market.
Toronto has a good roster and Nurse's system is strong. Toronto still has a strong culture from winning the championship too. The Raptors are healthy now too and they may make an additional move before the deadline.
Durant will likely be out for a while so this division should come down to 3 teams, Boston, Toronto, and Philadelphia.
Even though Boston has won 6 straight they have been inconsistent all year and their winning streak has been against all bad teams except Miami, but Miami played them without Butler or Lowry.
Philadelphia will likely rest Embiid down the stretch and Simmons doesn't look like he will come back or be traded.
Toronto is playing great and they are a young team built for the regular season. They've won 6 straight including beating a Miami team that played their full roster twice. They are a better team than Boston and just as good as Phiadelphia, Philadelphia will as I mentioned not played Embiid in every game down the stretch given his injury history.
