I know this question will vary from person to person, but when sports betting which sport allows the bettor TO WIN MORE CONSISTENTLY. ie Is NFL easier than NBA or is BASEBALL better than ICE HOCKEY and SOCCER. Maybe TENNIS ????

You might call me crazy but I think the sport I am most consistent on is WNBA. This sport is betted on so minimally that Vegas leaves leaks in the lines all the times. You see soooo many big dogs win and small favorites crush that it's crazy. You see totals go over by 40 points and under by 25 on a nightly basis. The line movements you see in this sport are drastic also, you will see a team favored by 4 then favored by 7.5 an hour later and then a minute later favored by 3.5. The problem is that you actually have to sit their and watch the teams play and pick up their strengths/weaknesses/tendencies which is hard to do since this sport is so damn boring. I'll throw you a free one, take OVER in any Phoenix Mercury game vs anyone, anywhere.

Interesting thread to say the least LOL. I learned some stuff ( more about the posters than anything gambling related) and I laughed. One thing I will say after lurking here for several months and when I used to be a very large poster on another forum is that gamblers have egos bigger than most people. I would have to say that I fall into that category sometimes too. I am not saying that it's a bad thing, unless you don't keep it in check. I do like that SJ and others want to share what works for them. It can help you or it can hinder you, like any information good or bad, it all depends on how each individual uses it.

I think big egos for gamblers isn't a bad thing, one of the hardest things to do in gambling is get over that cold streak and know in the long run you will come out. Having an ego and being confident will help you in that aspect I think. You can't just take it to that next level and be uber-confident and claim "locks" every night.

I might take the night off. I don't want to force a play with only 2 games on tap tommrow night. Denver lost their last home game and they never lose two in a row at home, I think it has only happened once this year. Denver ML looks decent but I want to see line movement.

Dallas has covered two straight games at home as a favorite and now they are in a terrible situation having to play B2B against one of the best teams in the NBA, Orlando. I don't see Dallas covering three times in a row at home regardless of the opponent. It would be great if Orlando was a dog of any sort.

So I guess my leans would be Denver ML and Orlando PK.

If I just have a very strong gut feeling then I will just play the game but usually I don't just purely follow gut feeling. I like to get all the stats, info, line movement and have a gut feeling as well to make a play. I won't go against my gut, that's for sure.

You can go to covers.com and check out the ref stats for each game and see what tendencies they have. I don't really look toooo much into this though, it is nice to have in support of your play though. There a few refs though that are noteworthy

Dick Bavetta is a home-team disaster. He just loves getting the homecrowd pissed off with call after call for the away team. He is also an under machineeee.

Tony Brothers is also another home-team NIGHTMARE, even more so than Bavetta. This is one guy that will throw me off taking a hometeam no matter how strongly I feel about them. Look out for Brothers, just take the road team all day when he is out on the court.

The autobets change from season to season. You just have to compile them as the season goes. As for the percentages, just go check SBRODDS.com, sportsinsights.com, and covers.com and just get the average of all three sites and use that.

#3 Bet on the Cavs and any LeBron player prop when he plays @ NYK

Another good one is take the Dwight Howard player prop Points+Rebounds OVER every game in the playoffs. There hasn't been a playoff yet that this hasn't won more than it's lost. Got to credit this one to CK.
