Games have been pretty boring so far. Two eleven point games and one 12 point game were the closest.

Boring indeed. And after last night's Suns-Mavs game I'm not sure I can watch much more of this. The live stats are more interesting.

The books might not at all be getting destroyed today. It seemed to me there was much less line movement this year than in years past. The public knows dogs have covered the first two rounds of the tourney for years, the books might be having a banner day.

A lot of big money might have been on the dogs, but you can't tell me a lot of people were on Stanford, ODU, GW, and Oral Roberts. The books have to be losing a little money at the least.

I don't know. The dogs are trendy these days. I do think, by the lack of line action, that those teams were getting hit fairly often. Those lines didn;t change 1 bit, except Stanford going from -6 to -5.5.

Who knows...but 11 of 12 favorites covering can't be all that great.

Anyway, the main thing for books is that they break up teasers. Judging by the wide disparity of scores today, they probably have done that well.

13-3. Thats with OSU being -20 and BYU +2.5.

Just a terrible day for me in the Big Dance. But went 2-0 in the NIT. Ive did better in the NIT then the Big One. Did well yesterday in the NIT as well.

Well the favs. did well today which leads me to believe the books did well too... Many in the forum as well as EVERYONE I talked to kept talking about dogs, 12/5 upsets. etc etc. so it wouldn't suprised me if the public was on the dogs today...

I got drilled today as well. Same as last year. 0-4 to start, then Indiana helps avert the whitewash. Last year, IU needed a miracle to beat SDSU. At least this one was somewhat easy.

Davidson just set a bad tone for the day after blowing that second half lead and not even covering. Texas Tech and ODU collapsed in the final 10 minutes and GW was a disaster.

ironically i played dogs as a way of getting extra points where i normally took favorites on other brackets

that's what killed me

duke getting beat was a small upset but i think the farthest i had duke going was the great 8 out of like 22 brackets i filled out

duke just don't have the goods this year....give me a little bit of credit there BBD
