He plays horrible every Christmas and doesn't play well in the Finals either.

The year the Warriors won it, they barely got by in 6 games against a Cavs team missing Irving and Love and Curry didn't play particularly well that year either.

Durant's weak ankles give out as time expires and he can't even get a shot off.....seen that before.

                Durant choked the game away

GS has 2 of the biggest clutch/playoff choke artists in the NBA (Durant and Curry)

Meanwhile Cleveland has the most clutch players in Lebron and Irving

He focuses more on showboating than playing ball these days.

Although that was a foul at the end when Durant went to the floor.. it would've been an absolute hose job to call it there. Durant always on the wrong end of those (i.e. Game 2 of the 2012 finals)

The Warriors lost because they turned the ball over 19 times and gave up 18 offensive boards. Most of the turnovers were lazy passes.

LOL! Irving is great (maybe as underrated as any player in the league) - and if this game proves anything, it's that you take Irving over Curry to win when it counts or in physical games. He's clearly a better shooter than LeBron, and I want Kyrie taking the last shot of the game... but you're an idiot if you think the Cavs "ain't shit" without Irving. If you want to be accurate, you'd say "the Cavs ain't shit without LeBron" but that Irving is the next biggest piece of a championship team.

He is great 95% of the time. The other 5% is when it actually matters.....

Lebron owns both Curry and KD. It's almost like you can see the mental edge on TV as the game plays out.

Curry made another dumbass turnover on one of his cocky behind the back showboat plays on a key 3-1 break in the forth. It reminded me of the Finals.

Your still mad about kd leaving? GS was leading that whole game, GS probably wins the ship w this team. No mention of OKC blowing a 3-1 lead either and Westbrook was beasting that series curry did nothing for like 4 of those 7 games of that series. GS too good lock it up

They need to get someone who can get offensive boards. If they played Cavs in 7 game series today, They'd lose. Actually I think Spurs would beat them in a series "today". Will be an interesting postseason for sure.

finals against warriors can be mostly close games like between 1 and 3 points. if lebron took all the final shots, for the game win, warriors would sweep!

The only reason any g.s./cleve game is close between 1 and 3 points is lbj on both ends of the floor

Curry a great frontrunner. Things going their way, dude is awesome.

Irving obviously growing up and has that "calm" factor under pressure.

As Mike Tyson said " Everyones a tough guy until they get smacked in the face"

LBJ and Kyrie are proven tough guys. Draymond is missing emotional stability.
The only guy who might be close to LeBron and Kyrie is Thompson.

For the first time ever for me, IF the Cavs win it against the Warriors this year, the discussion is open for GOAT.

Agreed 100%. Thompson was the man two years ago in the Finals against Cleveland and last year he bailed them out in OKC in game 6 when he had one of the best shooting games in playoff History.

KD is now the Warriors "goto guy" in crunch time. It should be interesting to see how that plays out. Personally, I've always though Thompson was the most clutch player.

KD and Curry are great when things are going their way an it's rolling but on a big stage when the game is tight and teams play physical defense, they have struggled.

KD against Miami in the Finals and Curry in the Finals.

I'm not surprised the Grizzlies put the smack down on against the Warriors a few weeks ago. Tony Allen can single handily take KD out of games.

Curry won't get back that swag since they already have KD. It's not his team anymore.

Lebron and Kyrie in crunch time versus KD and Curry....

                                                  That's a huge mismatch.

KD didn't have one FG the last 9 minutes of the game.

Why is he going "away" from the basket on the final shot?

It's a trend with his career. He lights it up until all the chips are on the line and then he disappears, just like Curry.
