    explaining to my friend
when you lose games in this business you cant get emotional and you have to have tough skin. i stress to him that this business is a big boy sport. i keep telling him dont join this business if you arent ready to take risk. He asks me for picks and i give him winner after winner after winner and hes still afraid to up the stakes. it almost makes me mad cause these winners im giving him are worth anywhere from 100-1000$ and he's a 10-20$ per bet kind of guy and i keep telling him hes not going to get anywhere chunking pennies at the wall.. sometimes you have to leap out there not knowing if you'll catch wind or not. its all apart of it

On a serious note, it's all relative. I kind of needed to hear what you said too however I'm not upping the stakes if I'm going to murder my bankroll. Every time I increase my bankroll 50% or so, I'll go bigger and every time, like clockwork, regardless if it's my own play or a tailed play, those bigger plays lose. The problem for me is stringing together a couple W's. I'm trying to combat it with only about 2 plays a day but it's easier said than done especially if I lose those 2 and the urge to chase surfaces.

yeah sometimes doubling down on a play is essential. and sometimes laying off and taking a break is also essential is all im saying. its all a risk. and if you lose, make sure you atleast lose doing the right thing you know what i mean? dont be picking prop bets and making crazy parlays then get mad that you lost.
