    CubsFan Parlay Chase
All plays are 2 game parlays, most of them using the point total or the spread.

hypothetically assume both games are -110 odds and you use $10 as your starting play this is what your chase will look like

    A: $10 to win $26 ($26 profit if won)
    B: $20 to win $52 ($42 profit if won)
    C: $40 to win $104 ($74 profit if won)
    D: $80 to win $208 ($138 profit if won)
E: $160 to win $416 ($266 profit if won) ($310 loss if lost)

    Changing Betting Strategy:
    A: $9.46 to win $25.02 ($25.02 profit if won)
    B: $13.03 to win $34.46 ($25 profit if won)
    C: $17.96 to win $47.50 ($25.01 profit if won)
    D: $24.75 to win $65.45 ($25 profit if won)
E: $34.11 to win $90.21 ($25.01 profit if won) ($99.31 loss if lost)

1st chases of the year starting tonight:
    A Bet: 76'ers +8.5 (-108) / Grizzlies -2.5 ($10 to win $26.77)
    A Bet: Rockets -5 / Pacers +6.5 ($10 to win $26)

Changed the OP. I'm doing a different betting strategy. Each bet will be to win $25. Tonight's B bet will reflect that as I will be playing to win $35.

So I'm still not sold on a strategy of how I'm going to chase. I'm going to do some more thinking tonight and sleep on it. But if I keep winning 2 of every 3 plays it won't matter which is pretty realistic

Did some research and have a new betting strategy I will implement after this chase is finished.

3-0 on chases. But like stated I will be changing my betting strategy (again) Will still be 2 game parlay chases. And will update the OP tomorrow and starting with the next chase use that betting strategy.

Ok so first thing I'm going to start tracking units won/lost instead of dollars. I don't know why I did that in the first place. And because I was playing to win 1 unit that puts me at: 3-0 +3 units

My new chase system is a 6 game chase. And assuming -110 odds this is what it will look like
                          A: 1 unit to win 2.64 (2.64 profit)
                          B: 2 units to win 5.28 (4.28 profit)
                          C: 3 units to win 7.92 (4.92 profit)
                          D: 5 units to win 13.2 (7.2 profit)
                          E: 8 units to win 21.12 (10.12 profit)
F: 12 units to win 31.68 (12.68 profit) (31 units lost if the chase loses)

And I'm resetting my chase YTD. So currently I am 0-0, 0 units won

                                  Food for thought:
If I stuck with this chase system I'd be +4 units. And a chase system loss using this betting style is is just very barely under 4 units.
i.e. with this chase I could lose my next chase and still be in the green (very barely)

So I thought about what I just posted.

And Well. This is turning into a giant cluster penetrate. Looking at post #17 does it make any sense to use the top chase instead of the bottom chase? The bottom chase right now is in the green regardless if it loses the next chase.

The advantage to the top chase is that when you win, you win more units. But, if the amount of units won was a problem I could always just bump up how much a unit is worth.

Example the bottom quote on post #17 each leg of the chase could be to win $50, (2 units) $75, (3 units) or $100 (4 units).

Anybody else have any thoughts on this?
