Teams that'll make it from the West: Warriors, Grizzlies, Mavericks, Trailblazers, Thunder, Clippers, Rockets, and Pelicans.

Spurs don't care about regular season record vs a specific team. Last season Thunder owned them in the regular season and they beat them in 6 in the playoffs.
