Bosh going back to his old form in Toronto...I live here so I remember it vividly..he is overpaid but Lebron's absence has allowed him to revert his game back to what it was 5 years ago....and Davis is clearly on a different level this year...this kid might average a double double and at least 3 blocks a game this year...easily they are Co MVP's thus far in the season...

i think this looks good.. Bosh more touches.. as well as something to prove.
He wants more 'post-event' credit for the Heats Finals 4X in a row..

Davis looks incredible.. he will certainly win at least one MVP..
this year already in the lead..

wether he can shoulder a champion is another matter and remains to be seen

but you made a great call on this before season started (Davis)

    solid vision

I agree Davis will win MVP at some point in his career, but i don't think it will be this year!
I don't see pelicans making the playoffs this year so its hard to give an mvp award to a player whose team doesnt reach the playoffs.

Before Bosh came to Miami, he was a top 10-12 player. He sacrificed the most of the big 3. He will put up monster numbers this year.

Gotta keep reminding myself Davis is still only 21. Hopefully hes not like KG and doesnt spend the prime of his career carrying mediocre and bad teams.

Agree with Krit. If your team isnt a 1 or 2 seed headed into the playoffs. You aint getting the MVP. The league is all about marketing and hype. Although I agree that Davis is a MVP type player he wont get it over. LBJ, CP3, Blake Griffin, D Rose etc.. Mostly because those guys will be playing for a ring at the end of the year, Davis wont.

Unfortunately this is true...bad teams just don't yield many MVP's...but this year its going to be tough for voters to ignore...Lebron will not put up his regular numbers as the Cavs are still in their beta testing phase...Durant and Westbrook out and Rose will likely be in and out of the lineup too often to be considered...barring injury its just too obvious right now...long season tho...

That is exactly what he will do...until it is time to make "The Decision"...Chris Paul left for the same reason...its inevitable in those kinds of markets...

This is what I have been saying for the last four years...He has simply picked up where he left off in Toronto...as a power-forward..it is unprecedented...to literally willingly hamper your own game for the sake of a ring..for 4 years...only to turn around and go right back to basics like it never happened...he was not really a jump shooter in Toronto either..but his forced role as the spacer when Lebron was in Miami allowed him to develop a reliable shot...which makes him twice as deadly than he was in Toronto....

Heat's Bosh cited as NBA East Player of the Week

For just the second time since he joined the Miami Heat in 2010, center Chris Bosh has been named NBA Player of the Week.

Bosh took the Eastern Conference honor for the period ending Sunday, with the Heat closing the first week of the season at 3-0, as the lone undefeated team in the conference.
