Lakers had a kobe-less game last season with 10 bodies and I think if I recall correctly they covered first half spread, then lost full game spread. Game went over I believe too. The young guys went off first half and they may have even had the lead.

I agree here. On paper, this is too easy. Lakers have 4 games this week and are running out a very short roster with a lot of new faces. Also Lakers D has been extremely porous last year and should continue that trend this year against a Rockets team that lit it up last year. Should be an easy cover.

If you were going to place your bets right now, what would you still go with the San Antonio over, or hold off on that one and replace it with something else? Definitely going to place Rockets -7, and Pelicans 1st half, wondering about that over. Also, do you like Pelicans for the game as well at 9 1/2?
