Just capped this game and I'm going with the Spurs+4.5 and over 198. I think as long as Miami doesn't get off to a big start, both teams will hit the 100 mark. This game has a decent chance to even go into OT. I think the Spurs have a chance to win it at the end. Either way it should be close. GL
