Well, I have looked at their last 16 games, and all I can say is they should be able to cover this total. When I bet TT's I really don't care who wins I guess, it is like betting the over, who cares as long as you win your bet. I know that is not answering your question. If I had to guess, I say they win. Let's all remember something, 2 years ago Charlotte won 7 total games( I know strike and all that). But it was the lowest percentage of winning in NBA History. Last year they won 20 games, I actually bet them to win over 16.5 for $500.00 and won. But, all that being said in two years you do not become a powerhouse and a team to be feared especially against a team that won the NBA championship 3 short years ago. Well, enough of my speech.
