you can't just explain like normal people would do?
I'm not like really in to all this betting, just put money on bet and win money from bet...

Units are a way of measuring bets without using money increments. You set the value of 1 unit yourself like 1 unit = $10 or 1 unit = $100. So when you post your pick you can say for example chelsea -110 (4 units)
We would know you put $40 on it if you use a unit to = $10 or we would know you put $400 if you use a unit as $100 each. You set your unit price and use it to keep easier track of your money! Hope this helps
