agreed, the line started way too low. pistons will roll tonight and am looking to ride them for a minute here now that their starting 5 and rotation is much much stronger.

With on you Arizona in the SB...leaning that way anyway! Fitz/Bolden catch those 2 yd passes and run for 5 more...the same as a good running game! The Cards blitz alot and Pitts O-line has issues holding up at times...plus H. Ward is banged up and Pitt doesn't control w/the run like they used to!

I'm an obvious Pacer homer but for what its worth...they'll still talking playoffs here w/a good run at home coming up vs mostly bad teams! Yao will whoop a$$ inside but I can't see him trying to keep up with our pace for 35-40 minutes either! Indy has been nails ATS lately...I'm throwing out the Spurs debacle due to travel burnout! Anyone think 216 points is WAY too high in the Cavs-GSW game? People honestly expect the Warriors to be able to score on one of the best defensive teams in the league?

I was thinking the same thing but I could see Cleveland putting up 100+ and if Cleveland doesn't want to play defense because they know they'll beat them easily, then they'll just try to outscore the Warriors and it could go OVER. That's my take on the game, cheesehead.

What do you mean AOL...are they your provider? Is this a cable or DSL connection (other) Does everything work on IE or just those 2? Also have you tried another browser such as Firefox or Safari. There are a lot of reasons as to why things don't work sometimes but the easiest place to start is with your connection...how stable and if you're losing packets and what not.

AOL is the devil.. if you are using some sort of ancient AOL browser get rid of it like someone else said. download firefox..

I do like Chicago -2 tonite....Calderon is a nice point guard but how many minutes can he play in his 1st game back? The Raps are hopeless without him on the floor and the one thing Chicago does have is good guard play w/Gordon, Rose, and Hinrich! The Raps have dropped 7 SU and Jerm O'Neal trade rumors to Miami aren't helping their cause...O'Neal is WUBAR...washed up beyond all recognition!

You hit it right on the nail. I am riding the Cards until the wheels fall off. And you know what (this will show how much of a degenerate I am) the Steelers are my favorite football team, and have been since I started watching football as a 6-7 year old kid. The game that got me sold was the Super Bowl where Lynn Swann caught that deep sideline ball while tumbling over against the Cowboys. Plus Jack Lambert looking into the backfield with his front grill knocked out, and LC Greenwood and the yellow cleats, or Mean Joe Green and the Pepsi commercial with the kid giving him the coldie!

I am playing the Cards and the moneyline as well. I just think that heir receivers are big and strong enough to take whatever punishment the Steelers secondary may pass out, and also they will burn them deep. Their receiving corps are ball hawks and they don't drop passes. Also Edgerrin James is adept at picking up blitzes. Kurt Warner doesn't hold the ball that long neither. They have to keep the pedal to the metal tough if they get up and not allow the Steelers to come back in the game if they get up on em'. The 2nd half meltdown to the Eagles was awful to watch, but they pulled it out in the end for me. The Steelers offensive line is not that great at all and is a shell of the lines that they have had in the past. The Cardinals will get a few turnovers, as they have an excellent and opportunistic defensive secondary with big punishing corners. This is gonna be one hell of a game, and not the Steelers blowout that the experts predict.

i have to agree w all u said about zona winning the sb;; my only claim to fame is a 3rd place finish at BTP nfl contest in 2007 so i have some sense in football;;; i feel that this game will come down to kwarners' performance;; i am hopeful that he will not revert to his fumbling ways;; he looked very frustrated last game in 3rd quarter but impressively righted the ship;;; also most football fans know that he feels one sb was stolen from him in 01 when the rams were heavy favs to beat the pats (-14 i think but don't quote me) ;; so with all the motivation plus 5/6 miserable yrs after that loss i bet warner will get it perfect this time;; it might be his last chance;; also pitt offfense blows

Detroit wins this one by 8 with ease. Dallas is actually a better matchup with Boston, and I am gonna take them when they hook up on Sunday with no problems. Just because I rode Boston for this little while doesn't mean I don't know when to fade them. Boston can be faded when they give a team like Dallas too many points. The Mavs play up to and down to the level of their competition like every single day. I think that they will bring their A game to Beantown. The loss to Detroit today will shape that Sunday game up to be a very sweet play. Especially now that everyone is getting too comfortable with throwing their money on Boston expecting for the cash register to chime and open. In the words of solobass, trends are just as likely to stop as they are to continue, know when to hop on the train and when to get off.

I will play them in addition to the PC Play on Sunday. The PC Play is also contingent upon the line that the linemaker gives for the game. If the line is too high, then it won't materialize. That's the long and short of it.

My initial thought was the pacers here, but once i remembered that they too the bout in houston i realized that houston is kind of a weird beast like that. They got revenge on the celtics on the road, I think they do the same here. And there's always that morrison thing.

the thunder have been awesome money makers for me this year, but no way in hell should a 9 win team be laying anything on the road. The books are taking advantage of the thunder coming off a good W in golden state and their amazing cover streak this year, but they still only have the same record as the clips who should be able to capitalize on a vastly sub .500 team coming to town.

I've always loved playing the bucks situationally in the first half and i agree with what lunt said. Also, the hawks have this habit of slouching in the first at home and using crowd noise and momentum to come back and rescue the victory. Milwaukee is in a good position to put the hurt on them for one half and i'm gettin 3 points of insurance just in case they blow a lead at half.

The line for phoenix/charlotte has been a little nutty, but i think that's because the suns are just not what they were in years past on the road, and charlotte has been getting better and better under coach brown. While i could see jrich lighting his old squad up, i'm more expecting charlotte to bring the D that the suns lack, and use their jump shooters (who are every bit as good as the suns') to keep this game close at the least. Bell and Diaw want to show their old squad up.

That wasn't me, but I am familiar with a few of the guys especially the owner of the Oaksterdam shop in downtown Oakland. There used to be a shop in Hayward that took anything that you came through the door with, and breaded you out with hard cash. They didn't turn anything away, even if it was like grade "C". Then the feds came in and shut it down after they got caught having too much on the premises. In a way they had monopolized the broccoli game because when there was a drought on the streets, the heavies just went there to get it because they would undercut anything you could get from anywhere else. So when street level guys were getting busted the name of the club kept coming up as the place they were getting their goddies from. One thing led to another and a good thing was shut down. I mean when you went there even at 3:00am there was a line of sellers, and they turned no one away. They had it goin' on, and they set the standard for the business. I do things privately now, but back in those days, I just went there to do what I had to do because there was no mess. Just good clean hard cash! They made an embarrassing amount of money daily.
