How do most of you handle the Tor/Cle S1/S4/S4 thing? I guess you could bet both now, if you think Tor can win by exactly 6, but do most people just skip one and subtract 1u from the CLE bets?

Agreed. If you are worried about losing you are betting way too much. Nobody likes to lose but it is the nature of the beast. We will be up and we will be down. At the end of the reason we WILL be up ONLY IF you do not outrun your bankroll. If you cant play you cant win.

I did it wrong - didn't see the S1A Toronto until after I made my Clev bets so I just put a normal amount on the S1A - NOT the correct way.

There is a pretty good explanation a few weeks ago for the best way - I'll look for it or maybe someone else can find it ??

I believe you want to take 1 unit away from the S4D and B combination to WIN (not to wager) and NOT bet on the S1A. When it loses you play it as a "B" bet the next game as you normally would.

But I have a beer or two in me.

It HAS been a rough week. Don't down play it. Even if you are betting $1 it still sucks to lose.

Thanks that's what I did -- no beer in me, but didn't sleep Friday night, so that's about the same.

Unfortunately instead of just starting the S4Abet on Tor, I did the S4Abet and the S4Cbet as if I'd been playing along the whole time, so I'm starting out in a bit of a hole, but I have faith (and fortunately I'm about to step out now and I'll be busy until this evening, so couldn't check even if I wanted to).
