Pauly, I would start with a simple anti-anxiety medication. Something like a lose dose of Xanax would do the trick. Then start looking for a good psychiatrist. There are some good options out there for hypomania and bi-polarity. Find a holistic doctor, though, as you want to start creating an infrastructure that you can heal in. An exercise program and good nutrition can be really helpful. Good sleep hygiene can also yield great results. The trick with these lifestyle changes is to get support and coaching so you stay on board.

Memphis took OKC to 7 games two years ago in the playoffs without Gay. Losing Gay isn't as big as a lot of people think. Gasol and Randolph will still be problems for OKC. Allen plays great defense on Durant and Conley is a good player.

Gay wasn't really an efficient offensive player and now Memphis is deeper.

I didn't play anything so I'm not just saying this to be "that guy" but Memphis is missing 2 key players (Prince and Davis) and have yet to finish adding to their bench (still looking at Delonte West).
