Pauly, I would start with a simple anti-anxiety medication. Something like a lose dose of Xanax would do the trick. Then start looking for a good psychiatrist. There are some good options out there for hypomania and bi-polarity. Find a holistic doctor, though, as you want to start creating an infrastructure that you can heal in. An exercise program and good nutrition can be really helpful. Good sleep hygiene can also yield great results. The trick with these lifestyle changes is to get support and coaching so you stay on board.

You have to learn not to goto the well too many times.

I was killing first half totals by betting overs and had cashed out some nice winnings in consecutive weeks and then I started playing unders and got killed. Thankfully tonight the Wizards/76ers total is going to stay under.


I'm not sure why I'm stubborn and continue to bet unders after I had such success taking overs. The Wizards/76ers scored 8 points in the final 56 seconds of the first quarter and the Pacers/Pistons scored 12 points in the final 1:20.

In the final minute it typically goes three point shot made, lay made (shoot foul), made jumper, mad three point basket.

Totals are probably a complete crap shoot. I felt like I was in a nice rhythm but I was probably just getting lucky.
