#10187if ur a pro (especially a non-American with a Pinny account), points are great...they convert to sportsbook cash (with just 1x roll at Pinny, 5x anywhere else) at the rate of 15points to the USD...so the daily 12 points is 80c...making $25 a month and $300 a year...for doing nothing but what u'r already doing anyhow (making at least 1 post a day)...and you can bet them at the SBR sportsbook (up to a $-equivalent of about 33.33) when the DSI-cloned price is right...if i want to bet $100 on something SBR has a good price on, i put the max 500 points on it...and then the remaining $66.67 at a real $-book...(using the free-play points u get from the trivia quizzes whenever you use the sportsbook works to effectively better the price even more)Last edited by fitguy67; 12-01-13, 10:23 PM.Comment -

#10194American Football and BasketBall are the most painful damn things to watch...over-officiated and ZERO-flow during the decisive last few minutes...with a spread or total bet on it's like having your teeth pulled without anaesthetic one at a time...
only North-American team-sport that's watchable (in the same way that Rugby or Soccer is...flowing till the final whistle) is Ice-Hockey...
i'll bet on BB and FB...but no-one's gonna force me to watch it...i'd rather watch paint dry for 35 minutes than the last "two minutes" of a basketball game that takes the same amount of time with all the fouls, time-outs, TV-timeouts, play-reviews...and whatever other excuse there is for interrupting the flow of the game...annoying as hellLast edited by fitguy67; 12-01-13, 11:05 PM.Comment -

#10199Canada...but i never liked BB or FB...over-officiated (and in the case of FB, over-manned and over-padded) annoying crap...
fell in love with the Rugby League recently...along with ice-hockey the cream of the team-sports as far as hard-hitting yet smooth-flowing "eye candy" goes...Comment -

#10200ah ok, well Canadians love ice hockey. You start following League due to the world cup and Sando? I'm a Union boy, but can understand the love for League due to the free flowing nature.Comment -

#10201Nba betting is tough ...I bow my head to anyone able to consistently make $$ . The books are experts at laying these lines. The amount of times I have lost by 1/2 a point is staggering.
Best of luck to you guysComment -

it's the biggest buggaboo of the game...the arbitrariness of the penalty-calling...but apart from that, the actual play of the game is amazingly entertaining...puts the north-american "heavily-padded outdoor committee-meetings with occasional bursts of activity" crap to shameComment -

#10213Early Play
NBA Monday
Indiana @ Portland
2* Pacers -1.5 (-109/$1.91 Centrebet)
Pacers were already in Portland watching the Blazers play the Lakers so should be the more rested team despite being the road team. Both teams with great records and ATS stats, however the Pacers have a 7-1 ATS road record, and the Blazers are a decent 4-3 at home this season, but only 4-11 over their last 15 home games ATS. Pacers match up fine with the Blazers, who are an average defensive team, however an offensively potent unit, but have yet to deal with a defence as suffocating as what the Pacers bring to the table (allowing only 85.6 ppg on a ridiculous 38.7%). Also Wes Matthews injured his hip against the Lakers and may not play and/or be at 100%Comment -
