Yeah I totally agree. Last WC we caught the Aussies off guar. They will be better prepared this time obviously.

As I read somewhere, we can't beat Aus in a game of chess, but we have (IMO) 3.5 X factor players in Johnson, SBW, Luke and Foran to mean its possible we do win. Also I think The Beast is a chance of playing.

And if we do win surely it'll almost certainly be by less than 10. So an outstanding promotion I reckon. Probably max bet only $100 though?

didnt get to see SA v ARG nor SAM v RUS as i was still working. But the SA game v RUS they were good and ARG were better team against SAM. As davop mentioned Samoa looked inexperienced

If anyone is interested there are a few player props for the Rugby League World Cup Final that I believe show some value. These are one unit plays and are found on Luxbet. I have based these bets on the past season of NRL stats and making the assumption that it will be a lot harder to get an offload off against the best team in the world compared to the average NRL team. I believe the value in these bets is created by inflated statistics from early group/ finals matches.

Sonny Bill Williams Under 3 Offloads $2.05
For the Roosters he averaged 2.6 offloads per game, with 12 games under, 6 games over and 6 games tied on 3 offloads

Isaac Luke Under 1.5 Offloads $1.87
For Souths he averaged 1.15 offloads per game with 17 games under and 9 games over 1.5 offloads.

Going out for dinner soon and won't be back for 2-3 hours, so probably gonna leave the early games. Only options I like are Samoa/England ml parlay @ 1.69, SA -17.5 against Kenya, Canada -16.5 against Spain. No strong feelings on any of them.
