James I notified DDT & 5Mike5 about the correct Link to use to play. Post #1 has last years league info, the correct info is in Post #8.

FYI (Everyone), the rules have been the same for years but I noticed a change this year. Everything is the same scoring wise but Copying real Nascar, Fantasy Live added a new point system where drivers earn points for finishing in the top 10 of each stage. Not sure if this will change any ones strategy but thought I'd let you guys know, so we're all on a even playing field to start.

Other than that, it looks like we all still have to chose 2 GOOD drivers, 2 MID range Drivers and 1 crappy Driver or 3-1-1 to make a team. Remember since we can keep Drivers from week to week, its always a good to lock 1-2 Drivers in at a good price before their value goes up.

Only other thing I can think to remind everyone is about the REFUND BUTTON (Use to be called the RENEGOTIATE BUTTON). Use it weekly to gain extra salary IF your drivers lose any money.

Hopefully this will help out, but if in doubt please read the rules for better clarification. GL Everyone.

it was a mistake if I said 2 payout after 5 players ... it is the same every year Daze ran it 10 players and up got paid 1st and 2nd and 9 players and down 100% payout

Hi, everyone. I joined the league. For some reason, it lists my team twice. Did anyone else have this problem? I tried leaving the league and joining again...still had my name twice.

maybe easier for Daytona but regular weeks seems it's hard as hell

Not sure why but yes it shows my name twice also, but I only see your name once. Its ok tho it will not be a problem.

Yes it can be tough, but last year I just locked Chris Buescher in as my crappy driver, all year then it wasn't so bad.

I always said this game is like playing chess and Shaun's contest is like playing checkers. In Shauns game you just have to pick 5 Good drivers who start in the back of the pack, in this game it takes some knowledge of who's good at each track and be able to afford them.

Agree. Even more difficult this year with the scoring segments, especially at Daytona. Tough to know which drivers will try to be near the front for the segments and which ones will still lag behind to try around at the finish.

Laps Led:
Total number of laps led divided by 2. Example: If Carl Edwards lead 70 laps, he would earn 35 points. NASCAR Timing & Scoring will be the official source of this statistical category.

Fastest Laps:
Total number of fastest laps divided by 2. Example: If Denny Hamlin recorded 50 fastest laps, he would earn 25 points. NASCAR Timing & Scoring will be the official source of this statistical category.

Place Differential:
Starting position (based on official qualifying order) minus finish position, +/- 1 point for each driver’s place differential. Example: If Jimmie Johnson started 7th but finished 1st, his place differential would be +6, and he would earn 6 points. If Kevin Harvick started 6th and finished 10th, his place differential would be -4, earning him -4 points.

REVISED! Finishing Position:
1st place gets 40 points, 2nd place gets 35, 3rd place gets 34, 4th place gets 33 points and so on in decrements of one point per position, with 36th-40th place earning 1 point. The Game will be scored based on the final Race results tabulated by NASCAR Timing and Scoring.

NEW! Stage Points:
Drivers who are running 1st through 10th at the conclusion of Stage One (1) of the Race will receive stage points, starting with 10 points for 1st place, nine points for 2nd place, down to one point for 10th place. Drivers who are running 1st through 10th at the conclusion of Stage Two (2) of the Race will also receive Stage Points, starting with 10 points for 1st place, nine points for 2nd place, down to one point for 10th place. A driver’s Stage One (1) and Stage Two (2) points will then be added together for their Total Stage Points for that Race.

Bonus Points - Winning Driver:
30-point bonus for picking the winning race driver for that week. Selection DOES NOT carry over from week to week; a new pick must be made each Race.

Bonus Points - Car Manufacturer:
10-point bonus for picking the winning car manufacturer for that week. Selection DOES NOT carry over from week to week; a new pick must be made each Race.

So what the fuk is go'in on here? We have 2 "SBR NASCAR" leagues now? I thought Shawn's was the sbr nascar one? Is BDJ league different from the original one we had?

We're still using the one at Fox Sports, right?

yes >>> the other one is the one in nascar that Daze use to run ... He wanted to take a break from it so I am running it and I changed the name of the league to SBR NASCAR ( it is in nascar not fox ) shaun is still doing his too ...

This one is completely different and on nascar.com

I couldn't play this one too much to do with running my own and doing a lot on Dk
