to tell you the truth I don't really know how to cap 1st inning bets, do you have any tips? and to be completely honest I suck at totals, you will notice that if you take the totals out of my record then I am well into the +

good luck mush! i DIDNT have discipline, but ended up breaking even on garbage bet sand makin money on ufc. basically to cap 1st innning u just check teams stats to see how often they score in 1st and check stats of both pitchers. its good for chase cuz its a 50/50 prop, although capping def puts odds in your favor, and juice can be found pretty low. sorry for delay in answering. i follow stc and mac miller's no runs in 1st inning thread. theyve done fairly well, and i usually pick one game in each time slot that i really like.
