Yeah that is true i have run into a few problems offshore.First you have to do your homework on them and then my advice is to deposit small even $50-$100 go thru the process of ID ,Check how good customer service is and how hard they make it too withdraw.If the withdrawal is prompt and there are no other problems i would say they are an ok bookie.As for the tranfering money it is a pain for me also.If the Aussie books had reduced juice etc.. like pinnacle i wouldn't even bother with offshore i dont think.
