    Oaklawn Horses to Watch
I have a couple of horses that may be worth a look in their next start. On opening day in the 5th race which was a MSW for 2yo the winner was Texas Town and he ran the 6 furlong race in 1:11.63 winning at odds of 7.9-1. On the same day there were six other events at this same distance and this first time starter (Texas Town) ran as fast or faster than allowance horses. the seventh race (allowance for F/M 3yo and up) was run in 1:11.78. If he improves from his career debut he will be tough next time out. Look for the runner up (Crushed It) in this same MSW to come back and win his next out. This FTS was well meant going off at 1.2-1 and should win with any improvement but the odds will be low. I will be looking to play him on top of some verticals.

Couple of horses to watch in their next start:

    Texas Town
    Crushed It

Nothing like these 2yr olds first few starts. Crushed It all over the place in the last Fur. Looks like a keeper.

Crush It is running in the 7th tomorrow at OP. Listed as the 6/5 favorite in a full field going a mile. I looked at the PPs and the field does not look too strong IMO. May play a couple of horses under him. GL all!!!!

              Hey,

Found it real tough to get around the 2nd fav #1. What's your thought regarding the 1 with first time Lasix? Gonna make it tough to get any value.

The 4 also looked live to me, but like the 6 stepping up from 6F to 8.

              BOL!!

Hey Madison, The #1 has the experience but not being able to break his maiden in 3 starts and the trainer being 0 for 5 on the meet I am willing to let him slide. The #6 ran better in his first start than any of the efforts the #1 has posted IMO. Now he may win but I am not going to play him. I like your #4 here. Good Magic has turned into a very productive sire. I am puzzled as to why they ran him in a maiden claimer first out. Going to watch the board and see what the track is like later. GL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fuuny ... The 4 is like the 3rd or 4th I/ve seen start in **, not get claimed, in end up in an upgrade MSW. I was going to ask our compatriates but I have endless questions.

I thought the 1 faced some nice company and performed admirably but I get trying to beat him.

The 5 might be worth a look coming out of a single start at SAR vs Locked??

The 12's 1st was worth a look he was at least a Fur last and made up quite a bit. Has a TON of room to improve. Not sure what he was doing but I'm not sure I've seen a healthy horse that far back and then run on??

GL guys; I don’t have the PP so I can’t comment; but looking at this full field and looks like track is sloppy; a lot big name sires here. 1,8,10,11 are all very interesting, especially at a price.
