    Kons's Breeders Cup Vulnerable Favorites
    My toss outs bet against favorites for multi race wagers or LAYS

    Jack Christopher- SCRATCHED Breeders' Cup Juvenile

    Letruska- Breeders' Cup Distaff

    Golden Pal- Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint

    War Like Goddess- Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Turf


    In the Classic and Sprint Both Jackie and Knicks Go best be 100% because both will be challenged. Probably use but spread races too IMO.

    GL Kona Have not looked it over yet but think I am going with Bruno at the works picks this year. Burnt from capping. I know "The Super Screener" said throw out Golden Pal. See what happens

      Agree with all of them besides War Like Goddess.

      Would maybe toss in Life Is Good - just seems like the logical single that gets beat even though speed going a mile at Del Mar has been golden.

        The international horses in the turf races look to me as far superior...these UK trainers know which like the firmer ground to ship...a few favorites look good but it looks to me as a day of middle prices plus and nice payouts...these are days ill spread trying to be the vulnerable chalks and then focus most my attention on other track's

                    I think your math is a little off here. That play would be $132 for $0.50. I also wouldn’t omit the 14. I hit the 14 on debut and in the jessamine, she can flat out roll in the lane. Bejarano will find a way to save some ground with this horse despite being marooned wide.

                      I've been trying to beat Letruska all year, only did it once with Shedaresthedevil. I'm throwing her out again, but won't be surprised if she wins. She's so fast early nobody can keep up with her. But maybe someone will on Saturday. I thought for sure she was stopping in her Saratoga race and somehow she still won.

                      War Like Goddess is interesting. She has beaten nobody, so I think she's going to be way overbet.

                      I'm playing against Jackie's Warrior in the sprint, with Dr Schivel.

                        I agree that War Like Goddess has beaten nobody but I think the ML is off, I could be wrong but I see her in the 6/1-7/1 range. The euros will be bet.

                        I’m trying to not overthink the sprint and just using Jackie’s Warrior and Dr. Schivel multi race wagers and moving.

                        One horse I’m anxious about is Dakota Gold in the juvenile turf. If can get 8/1 on this horse I’ll be doing cartwheels.

                          I'm seeing some good win odds on Bovada for some of these horses. Schivel is 6-1, Domestic Spending 4-1 and Essential Quality 3-1. I think those are higher on those horses than we'll get Saturday. No way Schivel is 6-1 in the sprint. I see him 3-1 as the second choice.

                              Quick question Easy Rider, how would I get the Bruno picks you were talking about for all the BC races Fri and Sat?

                              I haven’t spent nearly as much time paying attention to or handicapping as I normally do. Don’t see that changing before post time tomorrow.

                              Still, I’d like to go put $60 to win on each of the races and maybe take a flyer on a few pick threes.

                              I was wondering if you were going to post the picks you were going to base your plays off of.

                                  yeah probably will not be posting plays Jay. And I am only purchasing the picks/analysis for Sat card. If you are interested in buying it would recommend Brisnet.com. go to the picks section and you will see it. it's about $30 for SAT card. Any other questions hit me back. Good luck. you can also visit Bruno at the works website but BRIS is easier to navigate imo.

                                            The main track was a merry go round yesterday. Speed was so dominant it was embarrassing.

                                            Hopefully today the main track will be fairer.

                                            Keep an eye out for that in the early races. More than just the first as even a fair track will favor speed in the 1st race if it has been rolled, watered , sealed and baked by the sun, then lightly harrowed minutes before the 1st race.

                                            Most players handicap assuming a fair, even track. Yesterday was not. Hopefully today is.

                                              Turf course rail was out yesterday. Not sure if its at 0 then next two days but if it is favors closers. Tracks always want that hard dirt track that brings track record times. Delmar is unique with the sandy dirt always been know as the track you can close on BUT they can change that. One thing to be careful of in the Breeders Cup races is if you think there is a bias the 1 hour between races can change that pretty quick

                                                  Pretty sure it is at zero ft. Saw the maintenance crew setting the rail just after the last race yesterday. Double check that but looked like it too me. Good to know about that course.

                                                  Absolutely right about the long breaks between races. The sun can really play tricks with the surface. Not if its a great "rail" or a dead rail but if it is speed from anywhere, it sure can. Great info Kona.

                                                          Beat both of my chalk go againsts, Jackie's Warrior and Latruska, and lost two of the most brutal photos in my life. Dr Schival in the Sprint and Dunbar Road in the Distaff. They both looked like they won the shutter cam replay. Lost both.

                                                            yea I lost both that one plus the Marche Lorraine one which I thought Dunbar Road got up. Both an less then a inch and both sick. I make a fortune if they both win BUT the Dunbar Road I was most upset about but that racing. I broke even on BC races but inch away like you could of been a monster day
