If I can get this double and stay alive for pick 3 I will be free rolling. I will probably bet something on 9 in second and third race 5 if I’m alive And if not rebet him to win. other than that the only other horse I like on this card is the 10 in race 8. Race 6 and 7 seemed easy but when I dig into really wide open and race 9 seems over the top chalky with not value.

a horse like that should never be 50-1 ml in a debut spot..believe he wound up at 2-1 which is close to what I said..he broke really bad and that was probably that but more than likely that's why he wasn't at a big venue..something not right. .I sometimes try and look at it the other way as I explained earlier which is give an elite pedigree horse an easier first race vs throwing her in against the wolves at the big tracks right away ..purse difference means nothing to this owner..really a guessing game

I agree he shouldn’t be 50-1 but the problem is with the tools I use since there is only so much information On a first time starter so it Either rates a horse awesome or not awesome and like I said they show up as super low or super high. but it’s the best set of tools I have to rate first time starters and typically when they are listed super high like that they don’t run well their first start.

my final takeaway is he wasn't starting at a major circuit for a reason..there are top turf trainers like clement, chad and mcgaughey that will let a really well meant firster debut at tampa bay and are not concerned about the purse.. in my opinion it's because they don't want the horse to be used too hard first out.. ok ready to move on from this

I do like the 10 in race 8.... I had the right idea with all on race 7 in the pick 3 wish i played it all/all/10 wouldn’t have cost more than the money I wasted in race 6.
