Although many picked up units these are very poor records for win loss ratio.

One can draw many conclusions by analysing theses results. But the bottom line, is how much you have in your book at the end of the day. You can go 6-1, but that loss could have been a big one erasing thoses other 6. I think the board did good this week if you take out my poor performance.

Well the units +/- speak for themselves and take into consideration the -250 favorites and the +200 dogs which is why so many of us have only a couple wins over losses and still have a profitable end result (most likely from betting more units on larger dogs). This doesn't hide the fact our total win/loss ratio is slop.
I for one am very diappointed with my own record, I am used to 10-2, 7-1 weeks for me to be 9-6 and although plus units is unacceptable, to me it shows inconsistency in my wagers and a need to modify things.
One way I can think to do this is hold back on big favorites as yesterday many took the devils and some took ottawa two losers that would cost 450 too play both per 100.

Units won or lost is a far more important measuring stick than win/loss percentage. Those who play strictly dogs will always have a worse win percentage than those who are chalk players. But at the end of the day having a positive unit total is what we are all after.

Good point Cobra...im in total agreement with you regarding the dog and chalk players.
In the end,what matters is how much is in your account.

I played as many chalk teams as anyone as a mater of fact I may have taken more, They even eaten about 30 or more units this week, also only an idiot would rather have more wins than losses with a negative figure
understand I am looking for a more respectable win loss column with the same outcome positive money which if you back track past weeks will
see a much more respectable outcome of games with positive money. Essentially I am looking for the best of both worlds not just one side. Somewhere along the post confussion must have set in and someone thought it is better to be 10-3 down money than 8-6 plus money.
