So it makes almost no sense to imagine someone in the NFL tells officials or coaches or players to cheat just to produce a more exciting outcome.

Look, I don't mind what you said OldBilly, and you're right on one thing. Sick and tired of hearing about it. If that's someones opinion then keep it to yourself.
