Surprised they didn't get more. I bought a house in the poconos as an investment about a year ago. Right after I bought it went crazy house would be on the market for a day with like 5-10 offers all over asking. Most were starting off 20-30 k over asking

Philly- I lived in North Naples from 2015-2018. Sold my 2 br condo to move back to Pennsylvania to be near my grandkids. Now my wife and I have a place rented in the Vineyards for February and will be looking for 2nd home while there. Hoping market cools after season is over.

Ingram played 85% of snaps against the Titans and will be a high-end RB2 this week with a high ceiling based purely on usage.

Gotta love yahoo, they got Klem & me as a coin flip. Fantasy projection site got Klem by 10. For what its worth the fantasy site is usually closer.
