My account was restricted because they said I was using "software". Im not using anything at all. After contacting support I was told I could use my android phone but my windows PC was permanently banned. I think this is very strange. Anyone ever heard of anything like this?

I'd guess they can tell for sure via the app and have doubts in security via the web interface. And could be something like gnomes for a group operating from near you, and just specific to your situation.
