Am I crazy for liking Pitt tonight?
Pitt should be motivated after laying an egg last week in a game I picked Youngstown State in.

On the other side, this is Cincy's first game of the year and they may have some opening game jitters.

I'm expecting a low scoring Cincy win. Something like 20-17. I actually have Pitt as a slightly more talented team but I have to give a slight edge to Cincy since they're at home. It would not surprise me if Pitt won outright though.

The fact that I initially liked Pitt, the line favored my thinking, and I saw so many bad cappers on Cincy made me feel like Pitt +5 was a decent play. Even on other message boards I'm reading that Cincy will destroy Pitt.

    Thoughts?

your on the right side. line movement and the trend in week 1 was rusty/slow starts from teams. takes a team atleast a quarter some a half to adjust to game speed and to execute... i like pitt in this bounce back prime time game... i also see a low scoring game like 20 17 either way... im on pitt +6 2u... I locked in Pitt at +5.

I called Youngstown State last week yet I feel that Pitt will bounce back. They may not win, but I think they'll be competitive. Lets see what happens.

People always overreact to the previous week. The line should be -2.5 imo.

I think losing to a d2 school at home is a prime example of a bad season to follow. Under is the play here

Youngstown State is better than a lot of D1 teams. It's not good to lose to them but still. I like the points. GL.

A BS late hit penalty takes Pitt out of FG range.

A phantom hold call wipes away a TD. The flag came in long after the play was over and the replay showed that the Pitt lineman barely touched him.

Then Pitt is retarded at the end of the half and gets no points after having first and goal.

That holding call was terrible. When the flag is that late and the replay shows how bad the call is, it always makes me wonder why I continue to gamble on this shit.

Yeah, this was a horrible pick.

Pitt shouldn't be losing this bad.

The team isn't playing for their coach and making horrible mistakes.

Damn straight it was. Maybe you would have done better homework if you weren't trolling around my thread being a duesche.

Anyone who took pitt really overthought that Youngstown State loss. Younstown state is a D2 school and Pitt got embarassed at home. IT was a huge sign saying Pitt is aweful, stay away, don't bet them, fade them and alot of people on here bought the imaginary "Vegas Trap" wit hthe line on this game.

You'll get them next time, just don't over think things. Pitt is just god aweful and this was about as free money as vegas will ever give away for the Cinci Backers.
