    phil steele week 2 picks

ones that jumped out at me ats (phil's team listed first and most of these that i'm listing are pretty comfortable covers)

just to be clear, he would like the first team mentioned ATS, and then AGREE/DISAGREE is my opinon.

stanford vs. duke DISAGREE but OVER might be better
florida vs. TAM DISAGREE but don't feel confident.
    Kansas state vs. miami AGREE
    UCLA vs. Nebraska AGREE
    UCF vs. Ohio State AGREE
    Syracuse vs. USC AGREE
    East Carolina vs. SC AGREE

i think one situation i think i have some problems when teams that have historically been good are substantial underdogs to teams that have historically been mediocre (and then i'm probably wrong in thinking missouri has been mediocre. they've actually been pretty good for a fair number of years now. but i remember when they hadn't beaten missouri in years.... same feeling with miami-florida as substantial underdog to K-State, although K-State is good at home and miami is arguably in the middle of a massive decline)

Yes, his work makes it much easier for research. I dont recommend tailing his picks but an intelligent decision about specific games can be made when using his research as a tool, along with other items.

His book makes my life much easier, having a lot of info readily available.
