Iowa State +2 vs. Rutgers
Michigan State +3 vs. Georgia

At first glance I like Iowa st and Georgia in those 2 however mich st did show just how good they really are on Saturday

iowa state was one i liked as well. they are turning into a little better team than most think. i have watched them 5 times this season, and each time they have looked more like a decent team. went toe to toe with kstate last weekend...and you can learn a lot about this matchup using the kstate game imo. also think iowa state will be one of the most excited teams out there just to be in a bowl game.

My Sooners gave up on the season after we were about to make the Bedlam game 10-7 but we fumbled and OSU ran it back for a TD. It was pretty obvious OU just quit.

It's a let down for this team when they make BCS bowls and not the national championship game. I can't see how they could care about Iowa in the Insight Bowl. On the other side, Iowa usually plays well in bowls and I bet they will be pumped up.

agree ... they are a fun team to watch and should be amped... jury is still out on which rutgers team will show up which is enough to fade them

I bet Iowa State would finish in the top half of the SEC. They have a decent defense, are well coached, and are very scrappy. They became a lot better after the QB change midway through the year.

Really like ull ...sdsu has been shaky early in games against poor teams .... like Nebraska Virginia and first 4 a lot as well... want ur take on rose and nc ... I'm pretty big on bama and not sure about the rose yet

i respect you no coin...and i would also be interested in your take on the rose bowl. this is one of the most interesting games to try to cap imo. seems like the rose bowl is always interesting that way tho with the vastly differnt styles usually clashing.

Rose? Not sure. I initially thought Wisconsin simply won't be able to keep up with Oregon, but the Badgers are incredibly balanced. I think the play might be waiting to see how many points you can get and then going with Wisconsin. Something tells me it'll be closer than people think. The +6.5 is temping right now, because I'm not sure it gets higher.

As for the national championship game, my gut says LSU, but I may have to go back to the Bama well. They owe me for the first matchup (lost a lot that night). I'll have to think about this one for a while and do a lot more research.

I'd say as long as Oregon doesn't go to -7, Wisconsin might be a play. I know this is going to be a lopsided public bet in the Ducks' favor, but I wouldn't necessarily sleep on the Badgers.
