What are you talking about? Last I checked, LSU was a bigger bet both ML and spread than Alabama (60-40 on both).

LSU spread and Stanford were the top two public bets of the day volume-wise.

Yea I think you mean bookies lost a lot of money today/tonight.. Houston, Wisconsin, and LSU had 85% or more on the spread, LSU had 88% or something like that on SU, and Parlay and teasers each team had 85% or more on ppl parlay's.. Vegas lost huge tonight there are other games like the over/unders that vegas lost tons of money on today today

LSU wasn't that high % wise, but there were more "public" bets on LSU than Alabama. That is a fact.

I find it hard to believe the public was laying points against the #1 in the nation.

LSU was a very popular public dog -- both ML and spread.

The books took a lump on the head today...Over in the Big 12 night cap, LSU winning covering all of the teasers and cashing in SU. If the Oregon Over cashes that lump on the oddsmakers heads will grow bigger. Dont forget Stanford covering for the upteen time in a row. Bookies will have a small victory when Oregon doesnt cover -9.5 (teasers) up to 17. But that Over is more important I think

and just when they thought they couldn't get any richer, the books CRUSH the players and take all the late chasing hawaii money

you sound like a fool man. are you drunk or something? i actually had you pegged as a credible poster, but after these nonsense threads i see i was wrong. just about everyone i know won today...and many have had huge months. not every fav is a "public" play man. sometimes i think these guys bashing the "public" are just out of money in their sportsbooks and have nothing else to do. why this would make anyone happy enough to post multiple threads about it, even if it were true, is beyond me. this has been one of the easiest months to make money in the almost 20 years i have been betting sports. all the wanna-be sharps are just missing out on easy money.

Vegas had to put a max bet limit on the Under in the LSU game because people were hammering the hell out of it. Books made a killing on that bet right? Oh wait.
