Not much talk about Boise and their line against Wyoming
Maybe b/c it's not a marquee match-up. I think these guys are gonna play pedal to the medal the rest of the year now that Virginia Tech lost.
Thoughts?

I guess I'd have to agree with you here. Don't know much about Wyoming though but I'm sure they would love to knock off boise.

I also like Boise. Wyoming can't stop the run so even if Boise steps off the gas in the second half they will still keep scoring. I think this line is off. Probably cause Boise did not kill them last couple times they played them

Forgot to add. Boise DO have something to prove so I don't think they will slow down much

That's an interesting point, essentially Boise St HAS to win in outstanding fashion the whole season to get a crack at the National Championship.

Thats why I'm really liking this one out right.
Probably gonna 2-team this with Alabama and bring 'em both down to low 20's, maybe even -19.5. Good play for even money.

Boise St. should run up the score here. As said before they have to win in impressive fashion the rest of the season if they want to play for a national title.

I live in Boise and have followed the Broncos closely for 5 years. I am taking the points, gladly. This will be a close game. Biggest bet of the week. Look at their head to head matchups........always a hard game for Boise.

Wyoming is a solid underrated team. Last year they flew under the radar and I think this year they'll do the same. I like Wyoming getting the points but its a no play for me at the moment. GL.

I played for Wyoming from 2004 to 2008 and I can tell you that it will be hard for Boise to cover for the simple fact that the game is in Laramie. I don't think Wyoming is THAT good I just know what the gameday atmosphere is like up there and the place will be packed. Its also a rare night game so everyone in the state of Wyoming will be there. If you think Boise is gonna go in there and beat Wyoming by 4 touchdowns you are mistaken! Cowboys are scrappy at home in big game situation (Texas last year in Larmie is an example). I would take wyoming here if I had to but right now its also a no play for me

Also forgot to mention that a car wreck took the life of a Wyoming football player and hospitalized 2 others fairly recently. I am sure they will do something special for this kid at the game and it will be one more reason Wyoming will being playing their guts out

...yeah, I expect Da Boize to keep their boot on the necks of all the Wacko-West teams after the Va-Tech train-wreck did a AA half-gainer.
GO BOIZE!!

I agree with you 100%, Wyoming played excellent against Texas last year and looked very good for the 1st half this past week against Texas again. I love Wyoming in this game and I wouldn't be surprised if they pull the upset. They are going to be emotionally charged (feel real bad for those kids) and Boise may not be as good as everyone thinks as evidenced by them really should have lost to VaTech and VaTech may not be real good as well.
Take the points here and sprinkle some ML just for fun if it's offered.

Wyoming is a team I like, they always play with a lot of heart even if they dont win or cover, but I cashed BIG on them last season in their bowl as DD dogs & they won SU. You always have a special place in your heart for a team that gives you a big money win like that. My heart tells me to take Wyoming but my head makes me think about it a while.
AND, lets get something straight, Boise WILL NOT play for a NC I dont care if they beat the rest of their schedule by 50+ points. VT losing to a pee wee squad has fuked them. The BCS is a click club & now they have all the ammo they need to not let a non-BCS school play in their biggest game. Boise could let this get them down, but thats not how this squad works. They know one thing, & thats to win every game on their schedule & let the cards fall where they may.
This game is a no play for me now as I look for Boise to roll over them every chance they get, and Wyoming is 0-7 ATS vs rested teams & 1-7 ATS vs a team off a SU dog win

It's hard for visitors to win in Laramie because of the altitude! It's over 7000' there! The line will go up as all the Joe Publics will bet Boise St! So I will wait until just before kickoff to get me some Cowboys!

Don't wait that long. If it goes way up, it will start back down because of all of us waiting for the peak.

I like Wyoming + 23.5.
They are on an upswing, played well AT Texas and a solid bowl game for their then 1st yr coach.
Boise might let down a lot after VT game, after all the attention, now VT turns out to be "not so hot".
Wyoming has home crowd, HUGE game for them, a pretty innovative misdirection based "O", a newer climbing coach, a nice run & throw QB; a team that might be down 30 but still back door cover.
But I think it will be close all game all along, 10-13 pts or so, then Boise gets a final score to make it 17-20, or Wyoming gets a final score to make it 3-6.

$2,400 to win $ 100 Hmmmmm...thats not even worth a fraction of a chance for an upset

If I can get Wyoming at about +24 or better I may take it. Boise having a week of rest is the only thing that concerns me, but it is the beginning of the season anyway no one should really be worn out just yet.

damn nice write up. A person should know VT loss's hurt Boise strength of schedule. besides it doesn't really matter because its IMPOSSIBLE for Boise to get crack at Nat'l Championship. What they want is BCS Bowl
